I have made a lot of mistakes but as others have said, I have learnt from those mistakes. I can't regret circumstances that have brought me to my DH and subsequently my DS.
So yeah, I just try to learn from my experiences and move on. Easier said than done sometimes though!

My older sister warned me years ago that herself and a lot of her friends when they hit 40 deeply dwelled on the past of what they should or shouldn't have done !!!
Her telling me this taught me regrets or no regrets it's what helped bring you to who YOU are today and helped shaped you into who you have become and besides in my 40's i don't seem to think about any regrets hardly ever as the *concerns* of aging simply has taken over (no kidding), LOL yep a whole new chapter to come !!

i try not to regret things in the past, but my mum is making me regret having welcomed her back into my life!!
i dont realy dwell on things ive done, but more the things i didnt do, my mind tends to wander towards the "what ifs"
after re-reading that, thats the same thing isnt it??? only the things that wernt done instead of the things that were.... hmm i think ive got a bit of trying to stop over thinking to do here!!

Oh I have tonnes of regrets but if you dwell on them and go 'what if', then that is just grieving, and not helping you learn from the mistake and move on.

I dont have any regrets per se...there are a few things I think iwish I had done sooner (like leaving xp) but then I think about how I would not have then taken certain paths and would never have met dh, as if I did leave xp sooner I wouldnt have gone to work in a psrticular town and been in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Life xhoices lead us to where we are today, going down diffetent paths would take us to different places and I like where I am now =)
