I had my endo diagnosed during fertility testing, after miscarrying. All the symptoms you describe were what I suffered. I fell pg before even having a full cycle after having it burnt off! I went with a merina after my daughter was born and, while I still had bleeding with my cycle, it was a breeze compared to the 8-10 day heavy flow. I could never take the pill as it made me mood swing so badly, but the merina wasn't a problem at all. I had my first one removed as we decided to have a 2nd baby and after the first took 5 years to conceive (which we now know is due to endo) we fell pg in 2 months. Talk about a shock! I went straight back to a merina about 6 months after giving birth to our son and have had no problem since (he's about to turn 5). I still bleed but it would only be once every 2 to 3 cycles and I only need a liner. After so many years dealing with endo, it's still like paradise!
I would definitely encourage you to have it diagnosed and give the merina a try.
