IVF Australia 5-6 month waiting list for IUI donor sperm, 3-4 month waiting list for IVF donor sperm, 150 people waiting? Around $2-3000 for IUI and said $12,000 for IVF! Uses mostly 40 year old Australian donors but also European sperm bank USA. Donor sperm $850 per cycle.
Fertility East recommends a three month 'wash out period'. Upfront cost $4000 donor sperm for 5 straws. Uses European sperm bank USA.
Fertility First $950 donor sperm per cycle, uses xytex.
