ss storm, i had the same question about a month ago. step 2 is badddd!! lol now my DD has a hemmorhoid (sp?) and has to be on coloxyl drops and novolac constipation formula til the hemmoroid has cleared up...the chemist said 'they have to go on step 2' but doc said thats rubbish and they only say that cause it costs more....
Queen- what a bummer you can't return the formula! We go through a tin about every 6 days so that's a fair bit.
Well seems there may be some progress...DD had a normal runny poo today with no hard lumps in it (I just have to go back to rinsing nappies now :lol: ). i have gone back to straight step 1, but will have to use at least 1 scoop of step 2 starting in the next week or so just to use up the tin I have left. I won't be going back to buying it though.
Thanks for all your responses. I feel so much better now! And a bit cranky at the doctor too...don't think I will go back to him again.
Emma- hope your little one is feeling better soon...I think DD is pretty close to getting one, she has a little raised lump right on her bottom. So no doubt if she kept going the way she was it would have turned into a hemarroid too.
