As a moderator, it's essential to ensure that all team contact details are accurate, appropriate, and comply with the forum's privacy and safety guidelines.

Accessing Team Contact Threads

  1. Log in to your vBulletin Moderator account.
  2. Navigate to the forum section labeled Team Communication or Internal.
  3. Locate threads or posts containing contact lists, such as "Team Contact Directory".

Editing or Removing Contact Information

If you identify outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate contact details, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Edit button on the relevant post.
  2. Make necessary changes (e.g., update phone numbers, email addresses).
  3. If information needs to be removed for privacy, replace it with [Removed for privacy].
  4. Leave a moderator note explaining the edit, such as:
    Moderator Note: Removed outdated phone number – please DM user for updated info.
  5. Click Save or Save Changes.
