Default What's your favourite smoothie recipe?

Since the surgery I'm just not getting enough protein, so I need to kick it up a notch with some smoothies!

    What's your go-to smoothie?

One of my favs if I am not eating low carb is milk, banana, milo and a tablespoon of peanut butter, a few ice cubes.

Soy milk, frozen banana, tahini, vanilla and agave syrup. Flaxseed too if I can be bothered with the more challenging washing up.

Mine was aimed at toddlers though but lots of good ideas for mushing up good food. Would you consider a protein powder or super food / super green powder to amp things up too?

If you're short on protein, you need nut butter / egg / natural yoghurt or protein powder in there to get your goodies. I do PB, choc protein powder, milk & plain natural yoghurt.
