Mine are shocking mine are always cracked, and I do nothing about em, til they crack so deep and I can not walk properly:o:redface:
I just brought a ped-egg and I love it, mine are bad though I need creams too lol
Ooo wonder if I can get that here?
Ooooo that sounds good too
Ooo Add that to the list
add me sought of, I have never had a problem with my heels, live in masseurs the smooth ones... or open heeled sandals rarely if ever wear closed in shoes even in winter except my ugg's... anyway during the last month of my pg I was wear those thongs things ( supermodel name begiining with G) ones and OMG my heels were shocking, I started using a heel balm in dec and my feet while not back to normal are so much better after reading this thread reminded me to pull it out again, use it at night with socks...
I bought some Milky Foot the other day but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Maybe my feet are beyond repair lol.
I have found something awesome for feet, my cracks were huge and bleeding  I put Bepathem on them (blue box) and within two nights they are better!! :leap:
I put it on before bed, socks on hey presto! I am so very happy!
 hahaha I thought that about mine too but nup they are slowly getting better. Problem is i keep forgetting my 'maintenance' routine haha and don't do it nightly! Naughty me.
Queen - woohoo that's great. Is that that bum cream for rashes?? I think I have that stuff somewhere in the change table amongst all the other parafornalia (sp?) in there....
I'm still using that emory board type nail file thingy for my foot and it works great and then sometimes the foot cream can't remember the name of it.
Those deep cracks are still hard to remove!!!!!!!!
This is what I have, from wearing no socks mostly.
At any one time i can heave 2-3 cracks on each forr that are very painful to walk on and can bleed :(
Wearing socks and closed shooes does help a lot, and ego heel balm is great but it stings when they are open cracks?
Im going to google milky feet that sounds awesome.
Oh gosh, don't the cracks hurt!!!! OUCH!!!
I have one really bad heel, and one that's semi decent. Lol. I started to use that heel balm stuff once but I couldn't get myself into a daily routine. :wall:
I need to get one of those feet file thingies (whatever they're called)
Be careful with heel balm - it can permanently stain the carpet.
DH was putting Eulactol on his feet before he went to bed every night. He kept the tube in his bedside table drawer so would sit on the bed and put on his heel cream...but wound up leaving horrible dirty patches on the carpet beside the bed.
We had professional carpet cleaners who specialised in stain removal in twice and yes it improved a lot but the carpet was never the same.
Priceline sell the Milky Foot Bootie things but only around mother day?? Odd considering thats almost winter time and the thongs are packed away.
I am going to go search local chemists tomorrow cause my feet are horrid at the moment. They are so cracked it hurts to walk. My major problem is I get them good then forget about them until they start to hurt again. Seems to be an ongoing cycle.
Off to bed with my socks on..... I hate sleeping in socks:(
I bought it from ebay. My mum saw it in Terry White though.
It worked pretty well but my heels are still rough, I think I need a 2nd application. My feet were so gross for a couple of weeks. It looked like I had really really bad Tinea. I coudln't wear thongs or anything they were so bad.
spa pedicure. alot of the asian beauty salons do them, u soak yr footsies and they will use like a razor blade and scrap it all off. Just had one today. Yr feet full so much lighter. I do it every few months. Costs me 25 bucks. plus they do yr toes and nailpolish. I dont know if those ped eggs are the same thing?
