I've been reading and it seems there is contradicting information for ACV while pregnant .. As it is unpasturised (sp) and the bacteria may be harmful which may cause mc .
Iv had some here but worried if I should use it ..

You could boil it yourself. That would kill any bad bacteria.
Not all ACV is unpasteurised. The general stuff you buy at a supermarket is both pasteurised and filtered.
I have no problem with the bacteria in ACV, sauerkraut, yoghurt etc. Not all bacteria is bad and we need bacteria to live. The more healthy bacteria we have, the less sick we become from "bad" bacteria. Saying that, I won't eat unpasteurised soft cheeses or milk when pregnant.
Just do whatever you feel comfortable with.
