Hi guys, I haven't been back to the dr yet as they want me to chart for 2 weeks and then I have an appointment next Wednesday. I have to see the dietician first, then the midwife and then the endo. My levels in the morning are still not under 6 so I'm dreading what they will say. I have been eating healthily but not getting any exercise so that may be contributing to my levels. It is very hard to fit exercise in when I have 2 young kids at home, no gym near by and being nearly 30 weeks pregnant. How did you ladies manage to get some proper exercise??
