So I'm going with red. I couldn't pick so DH did lol. I'm wondering what to use as the colour for the other side though? I like how on mine the green matches the flower stems, so the edging looks like it belongs. On this fabric, the only colours I could do that with are black & white. White might get too dirty, but I don't think black is really a baby colour is it? I don'y know, I think I might just go with white. Unless anyone reckons another colour might go?
-
How cute! I don't think black would be too odd. Maybe a dark red/brown/russet type colour would fit? Or just go for a big contrast like yellow?
-
I would go either a strong contrast or a red-toned brown.

Well the sheep-fleece lady finally got back to me about calculating postage for it, and she doesn't ship to Australia :( The only ones who do are for wholesale and I don't know what I'd do with a few hundred kgs of fleece!
So I ended up getting a bright coloured spotty one from spotlight, with an aqua colour for the back. Looks pretty good I reckon :) So now I reckon I'll get a stuffed lamb to go with it - but places like Target/Kmart/Big W don't sell *just* stuffed toys. They all have to do something, they're all learning toys, never just a teddy. So frustrating!
But I am getting some fantastic crocheted/knitted lamb gear (beanie, singlet, booties) from one of the very talented BB girls :)

ahh bugger!!!!!!!!!
Try the chemists the one close to us has white blue or pink sheep that have a rattle inside. If you have no luck I could see ifours still sells them and get one for you and post it??
-
Ah I hadn't thought of the chemist, thanks Nae! If they don't have one there's a town nearby here that has handmade toys, including sheep apparently :) So I reckon I might make a trip there

There is also someone on madeit who sells really cool sheep mobiles - can't remember their name but if you searched for sheep it would come up
