Oh my, I just did a quick (and it was really quick) calculation on the RACV site based on number of bedrooms, number of people and it's come out as $137K :wall:
I didn't even put in DP's photographic stuff or the 20 boxes of books we've got in storage. I don't even think of ourselves as having much 'stuff' - one TV about 7 years old.

I did the same test, it reckoned 68k...I guess i'm not too far off.
