new muslim sister looking for others!!

Salaaaam Everyone.... MY name is Samira Im new to the site...I was just curious if there was any other muslim women who were trying to have a baby..Just looking for a little support was doing some searching and found this site and thaught I would take a chance and see what happens ..... I Just stoped taking the pill 3 weeks ago was on it to regulate my period and the doctor says its ok to start trying we are both excited and want to really try... Allah knows are heart and enshallah we will be blessed Im not expecting to get pregnant right away dont want to get my hopes up cause I know it might and can take some time.If there are any muslim women who wouldnt mind making dua would like to hear something ehsallah thanks for taking the time to read.

I wish that Allah gives you a healthy baby. Remember that it doesn't happen straight away. And that too much trying can put unwanted stress. Just put the "wanting to get pregnant" message at the back of your head and enjoy your time "trying"

I'm sure you and your husband are healthy people, so it will happen. Sometimes it happens straight away and sometimes it takes a little while.

I have prayed for you. I wish that all females wanting to get pregnant and have a baby do so. Motherhood is just beautiful.

thanks so much for replying iTS nice to know good people are in the world loool... enshallah we will get what we pray for I totallly know it dosent happen over night and Im NOT AT ALL NEAR worried.Just excited that we are trying thanks for the prayers just a quick question if you dont mind how long did it take you to get pregnant?????

Hello Samira.

It took me about 7 months to fall pregnant with both my children. Drs. say that it is normal for it to take upto 12 months. After 12 months they recommend you and your partner to go and see a dr for checks.

I was in your position 3 years ago. I wasn't getting pregnant and even thought about ivf. The more i thought about it the more it didn't happen. All the advice i can offer you is stop thinking about it. When the time is right allah will bless you with most beautiful thing in the world.
Don't stress sister it will happen it all takes time.

InshAllah your dreams come true for both of you, samira and princess. It took me six month s to conceive, and the biggest lesson I've learnt is that Allah does everything for a reason, at the right time.

Be patient, and inshAllah things will work for the very best.
