Follow your FS's advice on that one. She probably means that if one of the eggs they left in you has since matured, it could be released naturally, so dtd could get another egg fertilised, and you increase the risk of multiples...

There wouldn't be an issue with DTD with protection (how crazy does it sound - you are trying to get pg so use a condom!)
it is because the other follicles may release the eggs, and then you'll have multiple eggs ready for fertilisation, and THEN you might end up with Multiple babies :) .....but...... with that comes an increased chance of complications......
BUT..... knowing that would just make me DTD even more..... I know..... I'm terrible..... (but at least I'm NOT a serial POASer..... ;) )
