    Default Learning Hebrew

Does anybody know of any sites or other resources to learn Hebrew. I know there is a rhyme to learn how to write the alphabet that kids are taught, I know my mum tried teaching me as a kid (my mum has Jewish on her side), Dad also tried to teach me to speak it before he died (he could speak 12+ languages)

I need to be able to read, write and speak basic Hebrew (to start with the alphabet and numbers).

    Thank you.

Yeh, there are a few computer programs that I know of. They are probably the easiest way if you are doing it by yourself, as the books etc you wouldn't have anyone to correct you to know if you are pronouncing it properally.

Don't know of any decent free ones though.

    Yael
Thank you for the info. Will go hunting. At this point in time I just need to know the alphabet, don't really need to be able to converse in Hebrew (but it would be nice).
