Hi everybody i know i have been slack buti have been reading whats been going on. I have been doing my best to take it easy.
I had a melt down about a week ago and cried for a couple of hours! I felt like the worst person in the world , everybody has been so excited about us having baby number 7 but i have had my doubts! Which i felt awful about, but i just couldn't get excited! Don't get me wrong i would be devastated if anything happened to my little bubba , its just that it wasn't on the cards and Mitchie needs alot of time spent with him with his floppy baby syndrome ( he is getting heaps stronger now ) and i just didn't see how i could have another bub and give it all the love and time it will need plus give Mitchie all the extra time and love and physio that he needs if that makes any sense.
Of course i will be able to do it and i hope to be more excited about this bubby soon ( gosh that sounds soooo bad) its just that there is soooo much that has to be changed to fit this bub in everywhere.
We will get there and this bub will get all the love in the world its just my emotions are scrambleed atm!
Anyway sorry for the blah post but i am finding it is helping by talking it through and i really want to get excited about this bub and thats not going to happen unless i deal with my emotions first!!!

Thanks soul, my mum said the same!!!!!!! ITs funny though because i have always been the strong one and have always been able to just suck it up and get on with it! But not this time, poor DH didn't know what to do so he just held me while i cried and cried and kept telling me how much he loved me and that it will all work out!!!! Deep down i know i will cope and i will love my bubba but there is just soo much to be considered! Especially the whole birth part. This is when i lost it, i asked my doc about going trial of scar or VBA2C and he wasn't keen on the idea!!!!!
It tore me apart, i can't cope with another c-sec. But i listened to his reason and i understand where he is coming from but i will be pushing my knowledge on him and will be speaking to the midwives also. I have done my research and i know the stats! Considering i have had 4 successful vbac's with no sign of uterine rupture, my odds are pretty good. IT literally only changes from .07% chance of UR from first c-sec to .09% chance of UR after your second c-sec. I think these are good odds and i will be going for trial of scar as long as bub is in a good position! He said that at the end of the day if I choose to go in when i am in labour they will obviously support me but i must be aware of the risks!!!!
So i am aware and armed with info to take back. I feel much better since i have made this decision, but of course it is in the back of my mind that if needs be then of course i will have a c-sec, i just hope and pray it doesn't come down to that!!!!!!
Anyway thats enough from me on that topic. It is sooooooooo cooooool that lea got a BFP thats another one of us increasing our family!!!!!! Must e getting close to your turn soul !!!!!!!!

Anyway Dh should be home any minute so i shall jump back on later hopefully! Oh soul i posted in the feeling like a failure yet again this lady's journey to having a VB after 3 c-secs it is awesome and i cried its just pics and her story that flashes up but i thought it was soooo awesome. oh hon your such a beautful person you really are. I wish I was closer, just to sit and talk with you, let you cry or laugh or both and I would do them with you. I cry if someone else does, pathetic I know!! What ever the birth is sweet is the way it is meant to be, keep remembering that. It will all go the way its suppose to, and no matter how you think about it now, it will still do its own way when the time comes,m so just relax about it ok, it will be wonderful because you will meet your beautriful baby who obviosly is in a rush to be in mamma arms, or she would not be coming so soon. She knows she has picked the perfect mummy for her, so she decided to come earilier! Now that is love if ever I seen it!!She knows you will e her rock and can handle what ever life throws at you, sure you will have days where you could toss your cookies at everyone, but sweetness that is part of being human! When you feel those little limbs move inside your womb for the first time, you will know life is the way it is meant to be. I wish it was me having another baby. Even though I am a little scared stiff at the same time. Have a relaxing bath my love, wont be long before you wont be able to get out of the bath lmao!!! I am sending yu lots of love and a big cuddle. Can you feel it?

That is one of the most touching and beautiful thing anybody has ever said to me. I know you are right and i will ahve all the love in the world for this bubba just like all my others. I guess i have just had some hurdles to get there!!! Thank you so much for being here when i really needed you soul:hug:

Doesn't it make you wanna get your own team together and prove to everybody that you CAN deliver you bub via your *tunnel* rather than through your belly!!!!! I say if its what you truly truly want it is worth extensive investigation!!!!! At least at the end of the day if bub is birthed via your tummy at least you know you gave it everything humanly possible to do it the way god intended it!! Either way i will give you all the support i can as i know how $hitful it is being told what is supposedly best for your bub, especially when statistics don't really agree with them!!!!!

Thanks for your warm welcome back. I had an internet free day yesterday as my DH finally had the whole weekend off work YAY! We own our own mechanical workshop and it can get very busy, especially when you don't have any reliable people to run it so DH can have a break. :doh:

Lea, I really hope it's BFP for you sweetie. It sounds positive. I wouldn't worry about the one test that said BFN, I had the same thing happen when I fell pregnant with Caitie, such a downer.
Kat, i'm sorry you're feeling overwhelmed lately. I'm sure it will all work out well for you, especially with having such a supportive group of ladies on here to talk to as i've witnessed. :)

Thanks for your answers with regards to having my tubes tied. Hmmm, sounds like that is one thing off the list to get done for the moment. I am giving myself until 35 anyway and if I still don't want to extend our family then, maybe DH can get the snip. :p I am currently 31, so another 4 yrs to think about it.

Hey Lea don't be alarmed by the BFN ( not that i want you to get too excited too early) but i got a BFP at home and went to docs and they gave me a BFN twice!!!!!! I have a daughter to prove that one was wrong and morning sickness and a scan pic to prove that the second one was wrong too! So it just goes to show that some tests even the ones docs use are not as good !!!!!!
Maz thats us too with the loo paper!!!! Too many ar$es in this house and of course having soooo many woo hoos doesn't help either!!!!!! But we always get ours from big w we used to get the 32 pack for $13 or something but just last fortnight they had another one there which worked out cheaper and still 3 ply! Thats a must for DH royal ar$e!!!!!!!

Had to laugh at the age thing too! I had a *discussion* with a friend of mine and i was saying that i will be 32 in Dec. She was oh your just a pup! Anyway then we were talking about the years we were born, and i said i was born in 74, she said thats not right! I said well i know when i was born! It turns out her DH was born in 74 too and funnily enough he turned 33 this year!!!!! So apparantly i will be 33 this year too!!! PMSL

I had bought one of the higher rated brands and we pulled 2 or 3 BFP's but then DW (the test junkie) went out and bought a generic set of three. Two showed up negative and one was defective. So we went back out, bought the good brand again and have since used another 3 or 4 and all say BFP. Plus we now are starting to get other symptoms so I think we are good. I would recommend getting the better brand to see.:
Thanks for the info Dustmite, i had one good lc hpt left in the cupboard, so i used it this morning, and it was a :bfp: yay!!!!! i'm so excited but nervous and worried as well. I had AF pain all night and even dreamed i had a m/c, was really awful. I have a really busy day today so hoping that takes my mind off things for a while.

gorgeous lea - DW had felt some cramping start like AF was on her way (this was prior to testing). Once we knew what was going on, we figured it was probably implantation as the timing was about right for that. My wife always has wacko nightmares during PG, everything from MC to me cheating on her or losing the kids and me not caring about it...lol. Then she wakes up MAD at me! Oh well. Good luck and hope it all goes well for you and your DP. Looks like you and DW will have a due date real close together!

He's just worried I'll have twins cause i already lost a twin with Mason, and they run through my family. But at least he still is'nt saying no!! Congrats to the bubbas on the way.It's not helping with the cluckiness but I'm so happy for you. Lots of kids is great!!

I have had more cm than usual lately, im usually dry after 'o', but this time it kept going, AF would have been due today, and it seems to have stepped up a notch today !!!!
thats exactly how DW was prior to testing positive. she drys up quickly as well but this time she was almost oozing longer than she should have and then even when that diminished it did not dry up but just reduced in quantity I guess. It was bad enough that I was running the numbers again (calender date, LP, etc) because I thought I might have been off on her ovulation schedule - the problem was that she had CM when I thought she was fertile as well..lol. Well I hope you will be getting a BFP soon as well. DW tested with a top brand test about a week early and still pulled a faint line.
You know, I just noticed your sig which has the BFP, so I'm sorry, I thought you had not tested yet and were just waiting. lol. I must be having an idiot moment - yes I know, many of you may feel that is normal for guys :)

Oh by the way it is 11:50pm here, and here i am sitting in my office eating a cup of noodles!!!!!! You have to love cravings!!!! Normally this bub makes me very healthy, eating lots of salad and tons of fruit , but at this hour apparantly i am starving and only noodles will do!!! PMSL and for some reason DH would NOT get up and get them for me, LIKE WTF?????? I thought he wanted to share in this PG too. ROFLMAO!!!

No, I work in IT (Information Technology, i.e. - computers). But a few years ago when my wife and I made the decision to stop using chemical BC, I became the defacto monitor. It started when I found some software to monitor her cycles and from there I studied and developed a better understanding. I have always been fascinated and amazed I guess regarding the female body in a reproductive perspective (other perspectives too, but hardly relevant for the discussion). She would come to me to find out if she was fertile (that was weird..lol). I have and continue to develop an understanding of the the LP and other aspects which help me to understand the timing/fertility of her body and the process that all this goes through. Very interesting. Besides, I have a real weakness, my wifes fertility turns me on something fierce. If I know she may be releasing an egg .....well that is the hottest thing I could think of! lol. I love my wife when she is PG, I think she is cute and I love knowing she is fertile and could become PG. At this point, I don't think there is any hope for me to not be the father of a large family ...lol, I am so screwed! One night my wife decided to talk dirty to me.....she told me she was OOZING and EXTREMELY fertile, so much so she released two eggs for me! lol, ah I know, I'm weird. Hope thats ok in this thread :)
