Phew - all moved. I am livng in a 7 bedroom/3 bathroom home and it is more space than i know what to do with!. I keep losing my kids in it. Most of the kids like to share aroom we still have a spare one!!! life is crazy!:dance::dance::dance::dance:
oh wow 7 rooms that sounds fab good on ya!!
Excellent news halltribe. A 7 br home sounds wonderful lol. I could do with the extra bathrooms. We only have 1 and it is chaos. We do have an outside toilet (and inside) as well but the kids hate using it. Haven't we all had the problem of sitting down and then knocking on the door saying "hurry up I have to go" I hate it. Next house will have at least 3 bathrooms + an ensuite lol.
I am starting to look like the michelin man lol my hands and feet and now face are constantly swollen. I'm just waiting for them to come and tie a big balloon to me to hoist me over a car yard lol. Only 33 more days to go (if I'm unlucky : ) ). I see the midwife on Tuesday and the acupuncturist on Wednesday. Will ask the m/w when I can start induction acupuncture.
I have been in so much pain lately. This baby sits really low and bounces off my cervix and then decides to see how far apart mums hips will stretch. I have ended up in tears the last couple of nights. Can't sleep due to monster doing the rumba and the cha cha for many hours. It feels like my tummy is ready to split open any moment.
Cathy - hope all is going ok. Let us know when you can how you are doing.
Sorry for the vent ladies but sooooooo needed it.
Kim
Hi ladies,
Not really enjoying the twin thing. One crys and than the other one crys, I can't get anything done. Thank goodness the preschool closes down at the end of the year, trying to do both is soooooooooooooooooooooo hectic. How are you kim ? Thanks for all your congrates on the twins. The 2 year old is giving me a hard time getting into trouble.
Fun Fun Fun
Cathie
Oh Cathie poor you. I have often thought twins would be nice then I think of the actual reality and think maybe not!!! Are you getting help from family and friends???
Cathie, hope things get better for you hun! :comfort:
Kim - hope you are feeling a little better ... I know how bubs sitting low feels, my 4th was like that (not to mention the sharp shooting pains in my cervix!) I was so glad when my doc decided to induce me at 38 weeks! (had medical reasons for this too). And feel free to vent any time, it doesn't hurt to let off a bit of steam!

I don't feel a bit clucky at all atm with you pg women about. I am feeling about done with 7 but my dh is working away this week and I am sooooo lonely. Well not really lonely but craving adult conversation and needing some time out!!
Hi ladies,
Just a quick note letting you all know how the twins are going, well for the first six weeks I did not like it one little bit, and when I was talking to parents who had twins they were telling me how much they like it and they would love to have other set. I would just look at them and think you are soooooo crazy, well now I know and understand them I am loving it they are sooooo cute, they look at each other and they are starting to smile. It's hard work but it is also very rewarding.
Hana is such a drama queen and sam just goes with the flow, thank god for rockers they are such a blessing.
Cathie
Cathie  glad things are settling down for you ... newborns are such a handful - I can't imagine having two at once! It must be so cute seeing that special bond that twins have!
Big :hello: to everyone else!
This thread has gone quiet again?? Well if anyone is out there I will share something funny...
I told ya all we moved into a 7 bedroom home (yeah!!!) well funny thing is I now have 3 spare bedrooms...? How so you ask with 7 kids? The were lonely in a room by themselves! So have all moved into 3 rooms between them all! Who says you need a big house for a big family? Just a big heart! :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:
 how cute! lol!
halltribe - thats too funny.
Well I guess the good news is you know have room for more ;)
Dustmite - Ha ha - not funny! I think 7 will do me for now!!
Ha ha ha Hall, that'd be right hey?
Glad to hear that Sam & Hana are a delight now Cass, although I must say I don't envy you one bit!! Well done on getting through the first 6 weeks with them, you're a legend!!
We're living in the land of horrid teenage nightmares atm, anyone wanna trade with me? I have so had enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
storm - I might consider trading => I have a little man who is 2 1/2 and can be a living terror. The one thing he has going for him is he is so darn cute.
Dustmite - sounds like us! Same age too! :)
Just wondering how everyone was going to entertain the kids this school holidays. With little cash it can be hard for me to find ways to keep them happy i also have a big age gap so what is good for 3 is not good for the eldest GRRRRRRRR:wall:
kath
instead of paying for kids to go places we invest back into our selves, like buying cooing ingredients and arts and crafts
we do loads of cooking with kids and loads of sticking cutting gluing creative things like beading and making things colourining, leggo thats what we do on holidays with a young one its hard to get out of house. movies make up plays, story books, painting playdo, pc games tv games nintendo games in general. dress ups.
edit
by the way i have a 10 year old loves to cook and paint and glue and be creative in general, 7 year old likes drawing colurining tv, movies nintendo loves doing thing by self.
a 3 year old who loves cooking playdo painting drawing, leggo,k movies, gluing sticking making.
we do heaps of craft and cooking ect but it tends to were a little thin with me after awhile as im one who has to clean up the mess and find somewhere very important to put it lol. Its been the first week and its been really hot so going out for too long is out of the question so ive been doing morning tea a local park i pick a different park every day the kids dont mind find ing new places its been good we also had a friend over with her kids im going to use friends up this hols lol.
kath
I tend to leave my kids to their own devices - they are a pretty imaginative lot, but I am also packing alot these school hols as we are moving in mid January, so something else to help keep them entertained ;)
theres always tv games movies too. we normally spend our mornings cleaning everyone has to clean then lunch then FUN. thats how we spend the holidays. get the jobs done first then the reward is the fun. been doing beading with my daughter this holidays on top of all the rest now its Christmas so it will be fun fun fun. and ahhhh eeekkkk mess mess mess!! would be great if the insurance fixed the washing line form that storm so kids could run round out back.
Just popping in to wish everybody a Merry Christmas & safe holidays.
And a happy new year!
Take care!!

mwah! xxx
merry christmas to everyone!
Hi ladies,
Happy new year:dance::dance::dance:
cathie
Hi everyone, hope you all had a merry xmas and great new year. Ours was good this year. It was my turn to have the kids xmas morning so everyone got in and ripped open all the pressies lol at 6am. It would have been earlier but we refused to get up at 4.45.
DF has his appointment tomorrow to get the snip done. This is just the initial consult and it is $140, hate to see what the op is gonna cost us.
My BP is still mucking around. Damn pre eclampsia. I thought it would have been fixed by now but nooooo. Now is the time for me to start on my diet and exercise regime. I have 25kgs to lose and I have to lose it so that I can get married. I refuse to be a fat, old bride. Old I can't do anything about lol but the fat part I can. Wish me luck.
Gotta go to bed now, will try to catch up again soon. Nite ladies
WOW it's gone quiet in here.
How is everybody?
