Copying can be seen as a form of flattery. She obviously thought your stories were very great which is why she's passing them off as her own. But in my experiences it doesn't usually stop there.
Maybe pulling her aside and just telling her that while its flattering that she likes your stories but please don't pass them off as her own.
I have no advice but my DH has a friend who does exactly the same thing. It drives me insane but DH laughs it off.
I'd let it slide this time. if it becomes a situation where every story or anecdote is reused then, that might warrant a query (or an even bigger eye roll lol), or an avoidance of sharing info with her...

Sorry for not getting back to you all earlier- no internet. I ended up talking with her about it. I started off with "Sooooo, I heard that you passed off one of my stories as your own"...too blunt? LOL. Anyway, she was apologetic and embarrased. She admitted it was abit weird but said she only did it because she wanted to be liked..yeah ok, I can understand that, but hey- don't pinch my stories again...LOL
I like the 'bluntness'. Bet she won't do it again. :)

Actually, I don't find it that weird.
I think she was trying to break the ice, you know, find a common ground with others and so used your stories to do so. Ok, after reading that back it's a bit strange, but not unheard of. She obviously lacks confidence. She could have just said 'Oh, you should have heard the funny stories Delph just told me :insert story here.' Same result, but no lying involved!
