Boo, we can't get Tofutti cuties up here anymore- they are delicious. Actually, it's probably a good thing we can't get them here! I can relate to what you said, Audax, about your DH and you eating the whole box in one go- that's the kind of thing DH and I would have done.
TMS, there are no shortage of delicious vegan treats, that's for sure! Ooooh, my DH gave me a box of Booja Booja Hazelnut Truffles and some Constant Craving truffles (coffee, almond, Jaffa) for Easter- yum yum...

Whats the go with lentils? The more I read the more confused I am. Some things say cook them in the sauce some say pre cook, some say no tomato, lemon etc with them because it toughens them?

I'm confused lol

I think tofutti cream cheese is disgusting.

As for freezing beans- I often soak & boil up twice as much as I want then freeze some without any sauces to use another day instead of canned. Works well and tastes much better. Also better for you and the environment :)
