Back again!!!
SuziQ- yes both PG were IVF. I wonder too if we have passed each other too. Did you know that the rooms have moved? Much nicer. and they now have more staff so all the pressure is off the one nurse.
Bec- warm hugs to you. The TTC merry go round brings up so many demons. Just remember you only have to do what is right for you. Dont you dare let anyone tell you that you have one baby and thats enough. You have every right to want what you want. you do whats right for you when it is right for you and in the meantime we are here so you dont have to fight those demons alone ok!
Heather- I can understand your frustration. When you pay so much money you really expect a certain level of service.
Caryn- big hugs to you. it must be so hard having to cancel your FET. How is your hearing now? How did you go at GP? Try not to let the boss get to you. I know all about Bosses and Audits. They become totally differnt people dont they. At the end of the day you do have to look after you.
Tam- sending you so many sticky vibes. I know how disheartning loosing 2 of your snow bubs can be. Just dont give up on this one yet as it has just as much chance as any! sticky vibes sticky vibes
wishing all you lovely ladies a wonderful suny weekend.
-
I am having 2 put back. Due to my age I was allowed. I had 2 put back both times I had a BFP. and only fell with 1. So I like to have that little more chance.
-
Hi Vicki,
Congratulations on that haul - fantastic!!! Good luck for tomorrow. Leave early just in case I reckon!
Yes, I've been to the new clinic. I went there on the first day they were open for my beta in November. They had just finished painting the day before. It's a beautiful clinic but unfortunately I only went there the once and that visit doesn't hold very good memories for me! Glad they have more staff now.
-
:bluestick: :pinkstick:
It's all up to fate now. Feeling a lot better too. Just needed to get the ET done & move on into the TWW.
Vicki, glad you & your bubbies are ok, hope all goes well for you tomorrow too.
Take care
-
Best of luck for the 2ww - fingers crossed for you

Tam, hunny

My schedule is to do BT on Monday to check everything is going ok, then Beta on 22 Feb. It's Wednesday week. Just short of two weeks.
I'll be in suspense as well. I was thinking that they've drawn it out, that's a 33 day cycle.
-
yeah, that's not 14 dpo, is it? More like 17dpo?
Ooerr, it's going to be a long two weeks my sweet, but hopefully will be so worth the wait.

SuziQ- sorry to bring back not so good memories. I was at the clinic a few times in the first week of november. so it is quiet possible we did cross paths!!!

Hey Vicki, I think my comments about the clinic came out the wrong way. You didn't bring back bad memories. :crossfingers: for you. Might have to come and sit in the clinic on 24th and play "guess which lady is Vicki"!
Tam, I hope you're doing well and staying positive.
Blue, where are you?

Wowee 3 BFP's commin up in the next week and a half hey how cool would that be. \:D/ Glad your transfers went well Tam and Vicki.
Blue Sky nope no POAS tempt yet Am feeling pretty cruisy this time around like hoping it works but not expecting too much either IYKWIM. I think I shall give the POAS a miss this month and just wait for BETA next Sat.
-
Sending heaps and heaps of :pinkstick: :bdust: to the lovely ladies in the TWW - thinking of you and keeping everything crossed for lots of BFP's.
This is going to be a long day for me! I'm at work this morning but heading off to Ballarat IVF this afternoon for my first appointment with them. I'm a little concerned that my cycles seem to be getting shorter over the last few months. I've been O'ing around day 9 with cycle length around D23. (Prior to that approx O=D12 & C=D27). I've never had really long cycles but I'm not too happy about them being this short either! Oh well, I'm sure the clinic will check everything out.
Hope everyone's well. :flower:

Hi all,
Marg: Good luck today, I hope you come away positve and happy with the outcome..bumma about the cycles.
Tam: Blood test day yah, hope you bring us some great news before the day ends
Daisy:Glad all went well with the transfer, a bit of a bugga no frosties, lets hope you don't need them..that has been a good omen for some women in here.
Angel: I'm proud of your no poas approach, enjoy the 2ww!!
Caryn:Sweets thinking of you
Sue:Thanks for popping in and keeping me sane, thinking about stowing myself away in you bags. Your "agent" sounds wonderful planning the wonderful holiday
Chele: Good luck! Hope you are still hanging in there.
Leis: Not long till the big op, hope you are taking care of yourself.
Blue: Missy...hope you are feeling better
Me ahh living in limbo land one week yup and the next nup!
I wish you all a magical month of BFP!!!
Bec
-
SuziQ- Thanks for the j-lo link. it worked by copy and paste. I am going to be looking out all over the coast now!! I also agree with Bec C. you really are such wonderful support.
Heather- the 2ww is going ok. I feel alot calmer this time. Maybe beacse I have had heaps of distractions. Mainly bigpond and my Email accounts. But thats another vent. I have also had heaps of crap from my MIL and good friend. But after sending them off the acces info on IVF I feel so much better than I have in over 12 months.
Chele- You are so strong for hanging in there. cant wait to saturday for you BFP!!!
Marg- thinking of you today. Hope your appointment went well
Tam- When do you find out todays results?
Bec G- I can relate to the limbo land feeling. I feel like I have been there for some time now.
And all you other lovely ladies, hoping you are having lots of sunshine!!
-
Hi girls
Blue - yep, get your head right first then I'm sure it'll be smooth sailing for you chook.
Vicki and Bec G - supporting all of you is a kind of therapy for me IYKWIM? Bec G - you can come along in my bag but there won't be room coming back - too many purchases. :-k Still not sure where the money is coming from...
Marg - try not to worry about the cycles going haywire. Mine starting doing exactly the same as yours a couple of years ago then came good again. I still ovulate regular as clockwork and have a decent luteal phase pretty much at 43. Glad you didn't start on Bigpond - I'd have had to join you on that one.
Chele - hope you're surviving the 2WW - groan.
Hope you're all well.
Sue
-
just dropping in to wish Tam,Chele & Vicki
:bluestick: :pinkstick: :crossfingers: & :luck:
Marg - hope your appointment went well today
Bluesky - hi there - you win the longest ticker award and I hope it all comes together soon - love to see a new ticker
The LTTTC & AC forum has so many new people sadly and with new hope for them all that they have found support on the baby journey.

Tam Chele and Vic.. thinking truck loads of sticky vibes for you lovely girlies.....xxx
Trish good to see you still hanging around with us chics who are dying to get over to your side of the forum.... Must say though i really miss you over here, but I am over the moon you are onto the other side now.. you know what i mean..
Suzi Q how you going girlie that holiday coming along
Big :smt055 for all you lovely ladies tomorrow on Valentines Day and may you all get thoroughly spoilt rotten....
Yep ladies not long now to the big op... I hope they don't suddenly decide to desex me whilst i am in there... that will be the first question i will ask.. when i come out of anesthetic... last time i asked my surgeon is i was 'barron' he laughed his head off at me and said no!!! God love David (my doctor) he must think i am stark raving bonkers... just a wee bit maybe....
Also some sad news, my dear old dad, has just been diagnosed with Myeloma an incurable cancer. He has been given 3-4 years by his specialist.. I feel this has put even more pressure on us to have a baby... even though dad wouldn't want it like that i would love to give him a gorgeous grandchild before his spirit were to leave this earth...
Hope you are all well love to you all

Leis - sorry about your Dad - it is heartbreaking to get news about our dear Dads - mine passed away last August .He had leukemia and a bone marrow transplant but died suddenly from a side effect /complication of graft vs host.
I so wanted to tell him I was doing IVF but never did (only wanted to tell when successful)- he was even in same hospital. The last time I'd seen him live we snuck in to have FET and they saw us in the corridor of a very large hospital. I hope you soon have good news for your Dad.
I had same unfounded 'barren' worry last June - when they were to remove / clip my tubes - during a lap. Post op when I was bleeding heaps and they refused to tell me anything till Dr saw me- she was taking all day.
I had my op at 8.30am - by 5pm I ended up in tears (severely distressed) and yelling loudly I wanted to see Nurse Supervisor NOW- she came too. They had kept ignoring my buzzer for best part of an hour - oh your nurse is on teabreak - I know nothing.
I had IV and no IV pole.NO help to go pee. Dizzy etc etc
I was Day only booking too but still there ! and they said oh we think you are staying O/N - I asked why ?as DR never said that - OH ask your Dr WTHeck !
I feel so embarassed  now but they only had to say - yes your uterus is okay but b*tches wouldn't - NS said not hospital policy I said - never as a nurse would I leave a patient so distressed - she assured me the Dr was coming very soon - actually 7PM and would explain everything - so not reassuring.
It was okay and better news as only took 1 tube and my supposed bicornuate uterus - WAS NOT ! - I can't understand why they didn't say - hey it's okay !.
My advice tell your Dr if you want - you want it written in your notes they can tell you if it's okay - the unnecessary worry gave me the biggest heartache since my DD died - thinking they had done a hysterectomy - the worse day.
DR saw me 7pm-told me good news and I was out of there in 5mins flat.HAPPY
-
Leis - so sorry to hear about your Dad - here's hoping there's still some exciting years (and news) ahead for you all.
Trish - I agree that it's lovely that you still drop in to say hi. And that was so awful about your surgery. After the op I had to remove my fibroids the registrar came in not long after to explain everything to me. Of course I was still so 'out of it' that I hardly remembered a thing he said - and I had to go through it all again with the specialist when she came in later that day!
Well, I can't believe how nervous I was yesterday morning! You'd think I'd never been through this before! Than again, I suppose it is a new clinic and specialist so that was a bit scary.
I had an u/s and the specialist seems to think everything looks okay. He still wants to do a hysteroscopy in two weeks time to make sure that the remaining fibroids and scar tissue are not going to cause any major problems. Can't say I'm looking forward to another hospital visit! Although it does make sense that everything gets checked out thoroughly before I start on the roller coaster of IVF again!
It was interesting that the Dr mentioned that they will do an u/s guided ET with me to try and pick a 'good spot' for the embie. That does make a lot more sense to me than just taking 'pot luck' coz of the fibroids and scar tissue.
And just have to add that Ballarat IVF and the Dr there were fantastic and really made me feel at ease.
Hope everyone is doing well - hope the TWW is going as quickly as possible!
Marg

Just wanted to wish Tam, Vicki & Chele lots a :pinkstick: can't wait to see you lovely ladies in the Preg forum. I am keeping you in my [-o<
-
Trish- thank you for you wishes. It is nice to see you popping in. Would love to hear your updates!! I am also sorry to hear about your bad experience. I have had a few but nothing like yours. The TTC journey is so emotional enough without understanding health professionals who are caring for you, makes it just so much harder.
Leis- Thanks also for your wishes. I am so sorry to hear about you dad. I pray that all goes well this month and this year and your dad gets to meet your beautiful baby.
Skye- thanks for your wishes. Were are you up too. Have you had the ultra sound yet? Good to see you popping in here too. Dont forget we want updates too!!
-
Leis, thinking of you & your family. I understand it would be hard to not feel a slight pressure about having a baby. I feel enough just thinking I may have to do another stim! Take care of yourself.
Not long til your op either, thinking good thoughts as you've got 'the best in the business'.
Hope everyone's going well. My levels are all fine from yesterday's BT. Still got my sore BBs so know my P4 is going well, it's actually a comforting reminder.
-
Hi girls just popping in to say :bluestick: :pinkstick: to Chele *Tam* and Vicky. I have my beta tomorrow 8-[ :crossfingers:

Tam,
excellent news on the bbs still being sore! Silly thing to be happy about, but in this journey, everything that goes right is a bonus!

Heather, yah for starting the primulot (I think, not sure if it has any effects) & I hope the witch visits you instead of Shez, Chele, Vicki & me (my what a list we have going)
Bee, any idea on when your cycle is starting.
Take care ladies, I've put in my details for my av so keep an eye out for it, it feels like Chrissy all over again. Hanging out for my 'hot chick', lol
