My DH's standard response to this question was "No, still practising". Usually makes people blush so they don't pursue it any further.
He was asked a couple of months ago by someone he hadn't seen for a while whether he had another child yet and of course his response "No, still practising for another one at the moment". :lol:

I usually use the "No not yet" and if need be I also use the "it will happen when its meant to happen".

I agree Indie24 - i just say "if it happens it happens" and that usually shuts them up.
