*sneaking out*
Congratulations Beau! Such wonderful news! Superb!
OMG Beau. I knew this cycle was going to be a successful one for you! Wow your numbers are high.. Are you sure they only ended up transferring one? I'm so so happy for you honey Xx
Thanks ladies. I still can't believe how high the hcg is. I don't need another bt till next Friday. I asked if it could mean twins but my nurse said there is no way of knowing until the scan. I somehow need to keep relaxed until the dreaded scan. My dh & I are saying 'surely it can't be like last time' but of course we are scared.
The nurse who rang my husband to tell him we were pregnant told him how I should have gone on Wednesday for bloods. She was even rude to him - what does it really matter? It's my body? I'm gonna love filling in a review when we finally get to leave the clinic.
Good luck to Miss B & Bunnyfeet for your transfers next week.
Yay :cheer: beau that's awesome! Big Congrats xoxo
Juniper hun please put me down as CD 16 1dpo ... I never o on CD 15! So that's weird.
Clomid cy at 150mg this time.
Just got back from lovely holiday in Thailand so I can tick went on holiday off the list for this attempt lol like everyone tells us to do to get pg.
I can't believe it Kurt proposed ! :D... I'm very happy and hope it is my luck changing for a bfp ha!
It was so sweet in the water while we were swimming!
Goodluck girls xox
Congrats Sarah :) x
Congrats Sarah...hoping the good news continues & you get a bfp this cycle xx
Congrats Sarah :) I hope your bfp is next!
Just reread my surgery letter. I'm having the endo removal, repositioning of ovaries, hysteroscopy, D&C, cystoscopy and dye studies.
Does that mean drinking something?? I assume so??
Beau I a SO SO SO happy for you BIG CONGRATS :confetti:
Can't wait to see who is next this month
AFM - POAS this morning and BFN I wish I knew what was wrong the unexplained infertility is frustrating. We are now going to try IVF next however can't start that this cycle as we head to the UK late Sept for 2 weeks for a family wedding. maybe the break would do us some good.
Called the clinic and still have to have BT on Monday arrghh
You never know Pos TTC...you could end with a bfp like beau - you never know! Have a great holiday though :)
Exactly Positively Tcc you could be next!
My best friend who is going through ivf just found out she's pregnant this morning! It's a miracle as her 2 embyros on day 5 never even progressed to morula and both her FS and scientist weren't very hopeful at her ET two weeks ago! Its ger birthday tomorrow and we were even planning on dinner and some wines as we were both convinced this time was going to be a BFN!!
Hope this gives you ladies hope, it definitely has given me some! Hopefully there's a baby boom happening! !!!
Thanks Ladies, i know it will eventually happen it's just the when i am not sure about
Bunnyfeet, Thanks for sharing your friends story it is very encouraging the more positive stuff we hear the easier it is to be positive ourselves so I appreciate that
I think the thing that worries me is hubby is 46 in December and I was so hoping that we would be pregnant before then, that's what I am praying for. I know it doesn't matter how old Dad is but at the same time he wants to be young and fit enough to really enjoy running around with a little one.
Thanks again Ladies and have an awesome rest of your Saturday

Beau, can't wait to hear your next results! And I'd give big "up yours" to that rude nurse... You have every right to choose.
Sarah, congrats! How romantic to propose in such a beautiful location! FX for more great news very soon!
N2L, you'll only need a bowel prep if they expect/plan to interact with your bowel. I had one with my first lap because one of my endo symptoms is bowel issues during AF, so my GYN expected (correctly) to find endo on my bowel. Many women don't have one because their Dr doesn't expect/plan to work on that area. Unfortunately, sometimes that means a repeat lap later if there's endo to be removed from the bowel.
Positively, sorry to hear you're getting BFNs. It's always disappointing when the tests don't give us the result we want. :(
Afm, day 4 and still cramping (but only mildly). And nausea. My body hates me. Plus my broken toe is hurting like blazes... There's a bottle of wine and a block of Lindt dark chocolate with my name on it tonight...
Thanks Juniper. The cystoscopy is a bowel thing so I think I must be in line for it :/
Eta - nope. It's not. It's a bladder thing. Same same but different :p
The catheter will keep the bladder empty for them. ;)
Hello little chatterboxes! lol :)
Kel, thanks hun :) I'm not sure what that means hun when you got a pos. OPK on day 21 in a 29 day cycle......could be one of those funny cycles I suppose? I've had a few of these myself, very confusing what the body is tying to tell you! Except I know what my body is trying to tell ME, you're getting old! hahaha.
Positively, sorry for the BFN hun, big hugs
Sarah, huge congrats hun!!! The proposal sounds very romantic, enjoy every minute of it :)
Juniper, ouch for the broken toe! I'm sure the wine and chockies will ease the pain..
Bunnyfeet, congrats to your friend on her BFP!! I really hope you can follow in her footsteps very soon :crossfingers: Funny thing about those blasties/morulas etc. My last 5 day embie was supposed to be a blastie, but was only a morula and it didn't even stick. It just goes to prove that even some of the 'slower' embies as long as they are healthy and good quality will stick no matter what. Your turn next hun!
Beau, thanks sweetie, are you still floating on cloud nine? lol. And boo to the nurse, I'd be giving her a little kick in her backside too, so so rude!!
Hello to everyone else!
AFM, plodding along, I'm starting to get a wee bit nervous about next Tuesday. It seems I've been waiting forever to get to this stage. Hope the little embie thaws out well. Does anyone know which embie they will start thawing out first? I have 3 embies of various quality, one is A, one is B and one is C. Will they start with the best one first?
Miss B, they always start with the best one first :) Good luck!!!
Miss B thanks for your kind words. I hope we'll both be lucky this week! See you on the LTTTC TWW forum fx :)

MissB- Sending all the good luck and baby dust I can muster for your transfer tomorrow Xx

Sarah- Congrats on your engagement honey.. Sounds very romantic. Fingers crossed the next thing you get to cross of your list is a baby Xx
Beau- How are you going sweetie?
Waves and baby dust to everyone else.. Xx
AFM- Had my worst day of bleeding yesterday.. Ended up fainting which was not a nice experience. Have my next viability scan on Thursday so I'm praying that everything will still be ok.
Hey Jasmine Oh you poor thing I hope things start getting easier for you hun. Fx for Thursday x
Miss B good luck for tomorrow, any word on how ur embies are thawing?
Atm we have 4 embyros defrosting as we speak for Wednesday transfer. Praying wishing and hoping there's a good 'un in there fx!
Thanks Jasmine xox
Big hugs, hang in there! Im praying for your happy outcome.
We all are!
Congrats Sarah, wonderful news!!
I am not very hopeful this month as really it was just a natural cycle to fill in time before we start IVF again next month and also I O'd really late, well late for me anyway so I think my body doesn't know what it is doing :wall:
Yay Bunnyfeet hope your embryos behave themselves and survive the thaw!
Hi to everyone else!
Hi Ladies,
Looks like lots of good news on our forum at the moment, woohoo
FX to everyone, hope we see some more great baby news soon
I have a dilema I was wondering if you ladies could give me your opinions on...... as you know we go to the UK in 16 days time. We need to decide wether or not to do our 3rd IUI this cycle, the dilema is if I don't O before we leave the country then the cycle is cancelled but im still up for a fee of$1,000 :( now just to give you background my first tracked cycle I naturally O'd on CD14, our first month of IUI they had my trigger and the insemination on CD11 and last month was CD10. So to me we could safely do it this month no problem as my body is really regular. However there is always the risk of something changing and then me not O'ing before we leave. Would you take your chances we we do everymonth of TTC or would you leave it for this month? your opinions will be appreciated
These tings are so hard I really want to give it a go as I am of the belief you have to be in it to win it but there is that risk. I am going to chat to hubby tonight and see what he thinks
Bady dust to ALL
Such a personal decision positively but if it was me id go and enjoy your holiday and have a few drinks and do it on your return. They way you can just relax. But like I said it's a personal choice. Good luck whatever you decide and enjoy your trip :)
Cd1 please Juniper :-(
*sticking tongue out at stupid AF*
We've decided our next FET will be in December. Got to lose more weight!
Jasmine- how horrible for you! Hang it there xxx
Jasmine, thanks sweetie :) Oh my gosh, the fainting would have scared the daylights out of me! Hope the worst is behind you hun, I'll continue to keep everything crossed for you and your super fighter snowflake.
Positively, I agree with bunnyfeet, I would also have a great relaxing holiday and try the IUI cycle when you come back. Before my first successful cycle, my OH and I went for a month long o/s holiday and I believe that really helped me get my BFP.
Bunnyfeet, are they growing your embies out to day 5? As with my FET in 2009 which produced my DS2, they thawed out his embie on the morning of my transfer (he was a day 6 embie). I spoke to a nurse today and she said they will be defrosting the embie tomorrow morning. So I really hope it thaws out well :crossfingers: Are you transferring one or two? I'll have everything crossed for you for Wednesday :crossfingers:
AFM, transfer is scheduled at 10 am tomorrow. I'm getting my dad to take me there and pick me up as we have no one that can cover OH at work tomorrow (own business, staff was hard to organise for tomorrow morning). The less stress for me tomorrow the better, me thinks. I am lucky as my parents will look after DS tomorrow until OH gets home from work, and on Wednesday DS is in kinder so I'll have another relaxing day then. I am really set on having at least 2 days of relaxation so I can give it a really good shot. I know everyone has their own ideas of what to do after transfer, but so far becoming a couch potato has worked for me in the past. Fingers and toes crossed for a good day and good outcome
Damn. AF left here this morning. I'd have punctured her tyres, locked her in the boot and thrown away the key if I'd known she was heading to your houses! :grouphug:
Good luck for you transfer today Miss B.
