BrisVegas, GL with your first stim cycle, I hope you are one of the lucky ones that has success first go. Interesting re your challenges with Syneral, not sure what I am doing but I have never had a problem. Glad you have found a way to make it more comfortable.

Wouldloveabubba, GL to you on your Flare cycle, I hope it is 3rd time lucky for you.

KMond, welcome, congrats on starting your first cycle, it is so exciting. As I mentioned above, I never had any trouble with Syneral, guess you will just have to wait and see. Look forward to seeing how your cycle goes.

AFM, I have a scan tomorrow to see where my follie is at, I am hoping I will be ready to trigger. I can?t wait for this FET, hoping praying finally it will be the one.

AFM - Just waiting and hoping that AF wont come but I think she is on her way. I am all ready to start IUI however. Ive had headaches which are a pretty big sign AF is on her way although I havent had sore nipples which could be a good thing. So really not too sure. Will keep everyone posted

Kmond - Hello and WELCOME :D This is a terrific forum with lots of lovely girls here to help and share experiences so feel free to ask questions etc. I found the syranel to be fine and it didnt hurt a bit. Just like any other nasal spray Ive used so dont stress too much. Good luck.

I hate the fact that you have to pay for cycles upfront now and then wait until after its finished to get your receipt and then wait for your medicare rebate. Its a PAIN! Its not like we are all made of money. Hope it happens soon.

Hello to everyone else. Its so busy in here!

AFM, not much to report. Have no symptoms and Im not sure if implantation has happened as yet. Ive had different answers when I have asked as to how long after transfer implantation happens. Im hoping I start feeling SOMETHING soon! My head cold has eased and Im feeling alot better which is good.

To anyone I have missed sorry, there is just so much going on in here hey!!

AFU (As for us) - We go in for a u/s and bloods in the morning. It is Day 9 of stims today, we have one more shot of 225iu Gonal F in the pen! Hopefully we wont have to get anymore (wishful thinking i reckon) but anyway, we will have a lot more to go on than last time I hope. Will update you all in the morning.

So annoyed, just found out that a lady i used to work with just had a baby. Its great and all but she's already had two kids who are grown up now and she would be in her late 40's. I think its completely unfair that she can get pregnant and have babies and i cant. I actually think that its completely unfair that it feels like everyone can get pregnant and have babies except for me.
On a more sane note this forum had helped me a lot and its comforting to know that im not the only one out there with problems and that there are people who have it worse than me.

Busy - Its so hard isnt it when others have babies and you can't. And everyone seems to have them at your hardest times etc too I find. I think its just that we notice it so much. But don't worry there are plenty of people out there that struggle and that lady just happens to be lucky.

Please excuse my ignorance but what is AF? I really dont know what some of these abbreviations stand for. Some of them i can guess but others...no idea.

Im feeling better about other people having babies now, my strategy is to eat chocolate. not really that healthy but do i care???

Anyway, heres hoping AF doesnt come.

AF stands for Aunty Flo as in your period. I had never come across this term before being on conception boards.

Well we went for our scan and she has 3 on one side and 2 and a couple of smaller ones on the other side. Still need to take the gonal f and lucrin until the next scan on tuesday and he has upped the dose to 300iu. He said we wont get any more follies than what we have now. So we have 5 plus a couple of maybe's at this stage. Hopefully it will be quality over quantity hey girls! Her E2 level was 450 is this bad?

Hi everyone, Im Mel. I'm 31. My partner of 3 years and i have decided to have a baby. Bad luck he had a vasectomy over ten years ago. Anyway, I'm on day two of my very first IVF cycle. I have a 8 and 10 yo from my previous marriage and fell pregnant very quickly with them so I'm hoping for beginners luck! My partner also has 3 children. Anyone have a similar experience? Mel...:)
