Just a quick post to let you all know that out of 19 eggs, 10 mature and 9 fertilised i only got 1 blasty. No other embie made it to blasty stage so none for the freezer. Im really upset with that. I wanted at least one frozen one for later on down the track but what can you do. It just make this little one inside me so much more special. Grow little one, grow!
I just dont understand how i can get one really good quality blasty but then no others. It just doesnt make sense!!

Paula - So sorry no frosties, I can understand why you are upset. A good friend of mine had similar cycle. Out of 9 embies and one transfered, no others to freeze, Her FS said it was actually quite common when going to blastie stage.Some embies just aren't strong enough to make it outside of the body. Praying this little one sticks for you. It is obviously a very special one.
TL - oooh, those symptoms sound very promising. Less than a week to go!!
AFM -Well, I gave in to my POAS urge this morning and I am (very quietly) announcing a BFP!!
Second line was actually darker than control so no doubting the result. I still won't feel defnite about it, though, until BT tomorrow. I am overjoyed, of course, but sadly, can't really feel excited for a long time - when I know if this baby is going to make it. This is my 5th pregnancy but I only have one gorgeous child so my odds have not been great so far. Crossing everything there will be a few more of you joining in the next rollercoaster ride with me very soon.
Meridith I am so happy for you this is one 9 month ride sweetie that will end in a bubb for you I am sure :hug:

AFM, I am waiting for my AF to arrive so I can start a FET. My cycle is pretty regular so I am counting it to arrive in mid August. But then again, in my last stimulated cycle, it delayed my AF and I had a 46 day cycle which freaked me out.

Meredith, congrats on a BFP. I remember reading about your two little ones and am :pray:ing like mad you won't be disappointed.
AFM, am still waiting on FS to call me back with our next step. He only got back from his conference on Monday and don't want to be pushy...BUT i'm at day 20 today and need to have a plan.
Maybe I might call him again tomorrow.

Hi everyone,
I'm not quite sure how to say this as it feels so foreign, but my BT came back and it is a BFP! Nurse said that my levels are really good (with 100 being considered pregnant) my hcg is at 480.
I hope that my luck rubs off on all of you and that we see lots of BFP's soon. I really could not have coped with this journey without each and every one of you, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hi everyone - congratulations Janie! This is fantastic news!
AFM - not so good. We had our first IVF cycle cancelled today as the medications and all have done nothing - we don't even have one follicle anywhere near what they need to be. Apparently my blood work showed 0.3 today which is the same as the first blood test over a week ago...I have no idea what that all means. I am going through the range of emotions - angry, sad, guilty, hopeful, then angry again. I can't understand why this has happened. I've booked in for counselling in the next week.
