I get it from Woolworths, it comes in a plastic bottle 500 ml and costs about $5, (the brand is Macro wholefoods markets) I have bought it as well in a shop called Mega Health, is other brand and a more expensive, I guess any health food store will have it.
Thanks hun, I'm going to the shops later so I will have a look for it. Just remembered to take the inner health plus too, the antibiotics give me thrush without fail every single time I take them. Oh the joys! lol xx

AFM, Just got a call from the lab and one more embryo made it to blast overnight and is now in the freezer! I can't believe we ended up with 3 frosties! Now counting down the days till my scan so I can see how my lining is going.. Fingers crossed we will get to tx one of our frosties back in the next couple of weeks :)

I just rang the clinic & they want us to see dr for review before we do another cycle. Grr! I am so tempted to change clinics.

Williever you are lucky getting wined and dined then you can surprise him back hehehe. I to am around ovulation time and I hate that obligatory feeling that I get to make sure I DTD around this time, it's not fun and spontaneous but I know if I don't I can't hope for anything to happen!!!

kerbear - you've got to be in it to win it right? Well there's a tiny chance it could happen. Close to 0 chance, but not 0. So while we are waiting to be able to afford another FET cycle we will give it a go.

kerbear, I agree with Williever - if it's not zero chance, then you're still in with a shot! Lol, and on the takeaway scale of badness, Chinese isn't too bad (depending on what you order), so don't feel too guilty. Just stick to your plan the rest of the week to make up for it.
Afm, congestion has improved during the day, so looks like it might just be my sinuses and a nasal drip causing problems while I lie down. Only significant lingering symptom is a headache and I've got an entire collection of meds/supplements for my cycle that could be behind that...

Thanks for the love ladies, I'm feeling better today. Thankfully. There's still an underlying sadness just lurking, but I'm doing ok today. Had acupuncture today and had a nice little nap while I was there, which was good and relaxing.
So it's official, I lost 1.2kg last week.... Could have just been fluid from AF and cycle though.... I don't feel that positive about it, but my psych has introduced me to a new book - the willpower instinct - it's all about the science of will power, started listening to it through Audible today, and I think it might be interesting and useful... So we will give that a go and see if that helps me keep on track... Only 2.5 more weeks of No Chocolate and lollies and chips... That's my goal... I've done okay, only 5 jelly babies yesterday.... No chocolate since Sunday last week, and no brown chocolate since embryo answer.... (I've had hot chocolate and milk shakes maybe 4 times.... ) anyway.... This is not a weight loss thread, sorry.... Here's hoping I can lose another two or three this month... And if I'm managing to make it happen,I might even keep going until I am down ten kg before I do ET... We will see... I really feel like its a waste if I don't try more.....
