FS never really gave me a choice until the embryos were not good enough to freeze...okay to transfer but something about them wasn't freezeable.... Whatever that means.... I always said yes...because even knowing the risks, I'm prepared to have twins, I am getting older so, its one less cycle to pay for... Plus I would love twins... Yes its more of a risk, but plenty of people have perfectly healthy twins....:
Thank you Juniper, sorry I have not been here for a while. I am 11 days after EPU now and I had two 3 days embryos transferred on last Thursday, please put me in TWW. Two days before my exam (this Moday) I told myself I can't finish my review and I am not going to get pass, so I called the examination centre and they told me if I have medical certificate from my doctor, I can apply for the late deferral, so I contact my clinic, they agreed to give me certificate. After that day I feel relieved, I should do this earlier, because since the transfer, I felt more tired and hard to concentrate, I don’t think I can pass, so that is good decision I made.
This time I am using Pessaries 400mg per day and Pregnl injection only on day3,6 and 9 after EPU, I feel emotionally more calm and sleep quite well compare to the other times I used pessaries 800mg. I am still using the other medication for my natural killer cells, I feel alright. Recently I can feel cramp, I hope my period is not coming earlier this time. I am really tried, so I have to go to bed early every night.
Yeah that is what my mum said is people have twins all the time and that isn't even with ivf. My sister knows a couple who had twins with ivf and my husbands boss and his wife are having twins any day now from ivf. You make a good point with the money side of it too! Thanks Myturn! Xx I might even still give my FS a call and have another chat as I don't have to decide until my next scan which is Monday week.

According to scan today I've got 8 eggies growing ... Hopefully a golden one!
They think pick up will be Monday or tues, can't believe it's all happening!
Sent DF back to work today just as well as the meds are starting to mess with my head lol.
He will be away working for all of it.
You know I think the ltttc ladies here deserve medals!
Doing this over n over with the guts to do it again even though we are $&@! Scared of landing on the floor again! All the while trying to handle our lives and our loved ones.putting brave faces on.

Good luck Sarah! That's a great start with 8 eggies. Looks like we'll be going together. My first scan is Wed with epu planned for Monday. Feeling really full in the belly & keep waking up feeling nauseous in the middle of the night. Had my last accu appt today before epu & she gave me a accupressure point to try to keep me calm. Yeah good luck I say!!!

Looks like it could be over before it really began. Scan only showed 3 follies this morning so this cycle will most probably be cancelled. After waiting 3 months just to start feels pretty disappointing :(
So sorry to hear that joe! Will they give you a couple more days to see how you go?

Two weeks waiting is over, the other BFN. I am not surprised, but it is still hurting. I got angry with my husband because he did not say anything to comfort me, this is the first time he told me he felt hurt and this time he felt more hurt than all the other time.
A lot of money and time spent, and the payback is a lot of tears, so fat this is IVF treats me.

Have you tried circle & bloom's IVF programme? you listen to it each day for about 15/20mins its like meditating sort of, anyway as the cycle starts you envision your follies growing and how many follies you want growing and i tell you our minds are very powerful your body responds to what you think and envision in your mind. If you want a copy let me know?
Bestrong so sorry to hear your BFN news, it really sucks and nothing anyone says can really make you feel any better
Guys just don't really get it I think and I do think it hurts them just as much they just don't show it or voice it like we do
