Ok, so I just spoke to my FS. Things are now as clear as mud

He is happy for me to decide whether to go ahead and do another cycle fresh or frozen. He seems to think that the issue is the egg quality and he says even though they look really good sometimes its the chromosones which you cant tell by looking at them. He is not a believer in the NK theory or and of that failure to embed stuff. He said if I have endeometriouses then that would be a factor but he says my uterus is in good shape.

We did talk about and I am going to organise with my local GP to have a Pipelle Biopsy done. Apparently its meant to increase my chances, but he says the reports are saying its not a massive increase, and nothing to too get excited about but I figure I may as well try it anyway and he said he would recommend it. So I have to have that done on CD7. Good luck to me trying to get into my doctor on that specific day

Do I feel better. Not really. Still dont know what to do. I dont even know if we even have the money for another cycle, fresh or frozen. I will have to talk to DH tonight. I know he will say "whatever you want to do hunny".

Do I do another stim and try to get as many eggs as possible in storage or do I just do this one and be done with it all? Am I ready to use up any further eggs I get? Not right now I dont. I dont think I have the strength to do another stim cycle and everything that goes along with it. To top it all off I work for a family and they are all going off to Croatia for three months in June so I cant go anywhere. Its me running the office. By the time they get back it will be too late in my life to do anything.

I think I am finally starting to think that it will never happen for me. I think that I am starting to become ok with it. I dont feel the panic now. Just a bit of acceptance creeping in. Which is probably a good thing. I feel like I am running out of steam with this journey and cant wait for it to be over.

I know you all know how I feel, especially you really, really long TTC'ers. I am starting to long for time when I am no longer TTC. Either way.

Ok, so its another all about me post girls and I apologise in advance. After a very long discussion with the lovely nurse from my clinic in her follow up call from the FS appointment and then a very teary phone call to my DH we have decided to bite the bullet and do another stim cycle. Oh my god, here we go again Time is ticking and as June, July, August and September are out for a stim, we have decided to keep our one remaining frosties on ice and go for a fresh batch. Thanks N2L for your words of wisdom. I dont know if I have the strength but will take it one day at a time and hopefully get in the swing of it once I started.

AF is on her way and I assume that will be CD1 tomorrow. Injecting starts on Saturday Its such a different start to my last two stims as I guess I am now a seasoned IVFer and know how it goes.

Vic hugs babe xxx I hope we all get there in the end. If you don't keep trying when are not ready to give up yet could lead to regret later iykwim?

Vic that's good news, and I think taking it one day at a time is a great way to get through it no matters what number stim you are doing.

Hugs Vic. Stim cycles are so much tougher that FETs. I know it's hard to be positive at this point but try to focus on this taking you one step closer to your bubba xx

Feeling for you Vic - I too have been thinking I should try and sneak one in before tax time so we can take advantage of the safety net thing.... May book that FS appoinment for when DH gets home... and try to get on it ASAP... after that....

I have lost a bit of weight the last few weeks, and if I can lose another 4 - 5 more I will be closer to the double figures and it will feel better... they do say that even 5% weight loss can help so.....

I'm glad you can get right on it Vic and FX it works....

Vic I have no words of wisdom for you. I can't imagine what your going through. I don't know how you ladies do it cycle after cycle. Your very strong women.

That is exactly right....

And more about me....seems like my FS only signed off on a FET not a stim as I had not made up my mind. If they cant track him down I may have to miss this month as DH says we should save our last frostie. Will keep you updated when I know.
