Chele- I don't think it's too early for you to be getting symptoms, pretty much after implantation you can get pg symptoms I think......of course everyone is different, but I'd be clinging to that!!! I hate HPT but am completely addicted to them too. I figure if I'm going to get a BFN at BETA I'd prefer to have a reasonable idea of it so that my hopes don't get dashed completely. Plus, I look at it as though if I get a BFN on a HPT it is probably too early and if I was to get a BFP I'd take it as gospel.
Don't give up.............. Maybe try another one tomorrow???.That's just me being me, but that's what I would do.

Ali I tend to agree with the HPT theory but the morning of BT last time i did a test and it was negative so I don't beleive in them too much. Maybe will wait till wed which is day 28 of 30 :-k . We will definately be doing this for the team and taking a few with us as soon as possible hey Ali.

Shez, I officially joined you on the roller coaster this morning! I have to say though I have never been much good on rides. Stomach's way to queasy! Here's hoping were not on it for too long!
I had my first sniff this morning and I have had a headache all day. AF came two days late for me which never ever happens so I was tortured all weekend. Trust mother nature to play with my head just a little bit more! Day 4 scan is on Wednesday.

Heather, thankyou so much for asking after my SIL, she is doign ok. So far so good. She has morning sickness this time, which she didnt have last time round when she m/c. I am so scared for them and so hopeful.
I am just plodding along, feeling sorry for myself as usual. I am wanting to get my weight back to what it was when I conceived DS - it may have something to do with it (and if not, I can only try) - got a while til my next IUI so might as well do something constructive with my time.
Still a bitter cynic...

I have been really bloated this evening. Don't know if that's a good sign??
I ordered some HPT over the net on Fri and they arrived today.....all 100 of them (it'll save me running to the same shop over & over) Did somebody say obsessive?????

Last time when I was using the Crinone, I was getting much bigger "chunks" of "leftovers" IYKWIM and they were a definate grey sort of colour whereas this time it has been smaller in amount and the colour is coming out the same as when it went in. I figure this might be a good sign too that nothing is shedding. What do you think???????????????

I have a question about evaporation lines on the HPT.............. Has anyone had faint evaporation lines after about 20 mins or so, looking like a faint positive????

Humph - Well, the 100 HPT arrived yesterday and I had to try them out didn't I!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously though, I am only 8dpo so I surely couldn't get a faint positive, I think it's an evaporation line as it only came up after about 20 mins and I can only see it quite faintly. It is pink though..........but very very light. What do you think? (Besides that I'm an crazy obsessive woman?)

Doesn't it say on packet that after more than 10 mins you may get a second faint line. Sorry to be a bummer but I think you are clutching at straws :D . Are you gonna use all 100 of those HPT in one week lol.

Chele - It does say that (I chose to ignore that part), I have never had any type of evaporation line before. I am probably clutching at straws but it's really nice to have that tiny glimmer of hope that just maybe I am pg.............IYKWIM!!! LOL

Those cheapie HPT aren't as sensitive as others (I know I still didn't get a +ve even after I was pregnant). But since you have a couple lying around - sure - pee to your hearts content. I think it's a good idea to chuck them as soon as the 10mins is up though, so you don't start seeing things.
I'm never disappointed when I see a -ve, it's only set in stone when the witch comes (or your BT says its BFN).

I'm doing good but getting a bit more nervous as Friday gets closer. Have had no more significant spotting of any colour just a couple of little brown spots but am having lots of lovely creamy discharge. None of this is like last time so I have no idea if any of this is normal :smt100 !!!!
Planning on doing another HPT tomorrow and see what it says JIC it happens to be a BFP before Fridays beta. I so can't wait till this time Friday it is really annoying me and DH too as since spotting I am too scared to do any :bd: in case it causes anything to go wrong. DH understands but still frustrating.

Chele - It all does sound very promising for you. It sounds like a classic implantation bleed from everything that I've ever read....... I'm so hoping you get the ball rolling with your BFP on Fri, that would be just AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God I hope so Ali for everyones sake but no more than mine I soooooooo want this to be a positive and to stay that way for the next 8 months with an absolutely perfect (HA HA) pregnancy with no problems. I'm sure our ~Angel~ is looking after us if all goes well. You won't be far behind me I hope Ali.
