I have only one sleep to go! But all I can think about is all the hoping that both our embies (the only two we have) thaw beautifully and are ready to come back where they belong....

Yay Trish the master poster is back!! Good to see you petal!! I'm not sure when my HRT FET will start – depends on the witch. I estimate she’ll show in about (hmm checks ticker) 15 days or so. If not, I’ll have to take some tabs to entice her over.

Cazz – your Dr sounds so wonderful!! Mmm wonder if I can get transferred! Good luck on your cycle – hoping for 2 BFPs in the family!

I think it is extra torture - my OPU is around 9-11th November - bring it on

thanks again for all your lovely thoughts yesterday - and good luck to everyone on the ride this month!

was just talking to a friend of mine who had been trying for her third child for over 18 months - and she's succeeded! Turns out that the bext strategy is going out, having far too many wines, and doing the baby dance. I'm going to give it a good whirl in a couple of weeks, I think!

Hi guys I am hoping for your help.................

The last four nights I have not been sleeping well. Its not like After ovulation, when I get pregnant insomnia, its a really disturbed sleep

I kind of doze and when I do I have these horrible dreams which I dont really remember except for how horrible they make me feel. I toss and turn and cant seem to get comfortable at all which make me very tired during the day(and it does not help that this week I am looking after a very active 19 month old) So I am bone tired all day and to top it all off I am on the pill at the moment for this new IVF cycle and it has turned me into EVIL ***** MONSTER FROM HELL
Its almost 6pm and I am so exhausted. going to bed early does not help(tried last night) and Its driving me mad what is making my sleep so bad at the moment.

Its not the IVF(I dont think) but I think if I dont get some decent sleep soon I am going to go off the deepend and probably at Martin which I really do not want to do right now with the IVF coming up!

Does anyone have any ideas?
A on what could possibly be causing it? and
B Ways to help me sleep?

I have tried
warm milk
warm relaxing bath
Massage
Staying awake till I cant keep my eyes open any more

HI Cazz,

I don'[t know what could be causing it, sorry, but I find that a warm cup of milk with nutmeg alsways helps me sleep. Also if you have some horlicks that is really good.

Hope this helps you get some better sleep.

I'm battling the insomnia monster as well, and there's no advice that will help, except that stressing makes it worse.

I hope you get a good night's sleep soon.
