LT TTC Two Week Wait 2013 #1

Kel, here's a quick summary:
TTC#1 - 3.5 years - 6 IUI, 5 IVF, 1 FET - 1 chem pg (natural conception, with acupuncture, between IVF#3 and #4) - 1 lap just before IVF#5 to diagnose and treat endo - IVF#5 gave us DD
TTC#2 - 1.75 years and counting (since June 2011) - 1 FET, 1 IUI - 1 mm/c (natural conception, with acupuncture) - 1 lap just before FET to treat endo

We're with QFG and have seen 3 different FS over the years (just started with the 3rd last month).
July 2012 was the first (and only) time I had my AMH tested (and I never had CD3 FSH run or an AFC done, until last cycle), but I always responded poorly during IVF, so I had already suspected DOR when we were TTC#1. Whilst the AMH results were very disappointing, they weren't a surprise...

Hummingbird, the variance in IUI prices is always astounding to me. I know someone who was paying around $2k. Mine have always been around $150 (two different FS), plus meds.

Juniper I've never shipped around but my iui was $2700 all inclusive but i got half back, wish Medicare covered it lol!!!

I have a feeling our BT on Monday is not going to be the news we want. My breasts aren't sore anymore and I have cramps similar to what I get just before getting AF even though the FS said I won't get it while on the medications and progesterone. And tonight, may be too much info, but when I wiped there was a slight tinge of pink streak. :(. And I know that is too late for implantation.:cry: feeling really down.

Kel, 2 things:
1. You won't want to hear this but you can indeed get AF when you're on the meds. I had AF turn up early after my first IVF even though I was on progesterone.
2. You will want to hear this one - I had pink light bleeding at 14dpo in our successful IVF and brown light bleeding at 15dpo. I was sure it was the start of AF, so you could have knocked me down with a feather when the b/t at 16dpo was BFP!
That said, with the other signs disappearing, you might be right, but it's never over until the witch sings...

Kel I really really hope you're wrong, I hope AF stays away.... For good!

AFM I had quite a lot of cramping last night and know i am going to dread going to the loo each time today, I seem to have lost all of yesterday's positivity. Your mind plays so many games on you....

Sneaking it to say to Kel that I had a wipe of pink when I got this bfp. Thought for sure it was AF and the girls on here convinced me to POAS and it was a very very faint BFP. BT 3 days later and hcg was 166.8. Phone call from clinic stunned me as the day after my bleed was a neg POAS. Its not over yet.

Thanks vic, can I ask if you had any symptoms at all?

Sneaking in to say progesterone hardly ever holds back AF for me. It's a total myth that it stops your period. I don't know why some FS say it does :(

Sounds promising Kel, was that all it was?? No more pink? Crossing my fingers for u! Have u done a hpt yet?
Some cycles for me af arrived late and others a day or so earlier than expected....I think the extra 'help' we have just messes you up.
I haven't had any bleeding, am praying its not coming....Not feeling queasy like yesterday but BB are quite sore which never happens (even when preg with my son, I think...) I think I'm just going crazy!

Not long to wait now hey hummingbird!! No more pink but a little cramping though. I haven't done a HPT. No queasiness or sore breast anymore though so I don't know, I am like you I am going crazy!! All the best for BT tomorrow!

That does sound promising, is ur test tomorrow? Mines by till Tues, dreading the arrival of AF :( I was really hopeful yesterday but its all gone, I think it's just nerves...

Oh sorry I thought your test was the same day as me. Mine is tomorrow. I think towards the end the nerves set in and you start doubting your chances.

Well.... afm... I have been stalking and trying to stay sane by staying away so my apologies for that... I have been having a tough coupke of weeks for some reason and can't stop crying about my precious boy I lost in October. I would be about 35 weeks right now. Anyway, I'm 9dpo on 2nd FSH and TI cycle since m/c and am testing positive today!!! I daren't hope but so praying it will stick around til blood test. Am trying to focus on next hurdle only and not get carried away yet (failing I think but that's the plan). My blood test is officially not until a week today.

Thanks for your thoughts today ladies but unfortunately it was negative. I am really distraught. :cry: I would say I will be MIA for awhile as we can't afford to keep going at the moment which makes this result even harder to handle. :(

Oh Kel I'm so sorry, I really hoped it would work for you :( It really sucks...so much.

I don't have good news either AF greeted me this afternoon as I was leaving work. Will still go my BT in the morning just in case it can show something... oh and I love driving to work taking deep breathes to get rid of the blurry eyes after crying to the nurse after being sure I wouldn't.

I am so sick of getting my hopes up, being super healthy and "relaxing" to "let it happen". My FS will now do some testing which will no doubt cost a bomb and say everything is fine and 'its just a numbers game'. Sorry for being so negative...

We need some BFP in here, I will be stalking and hoping for you all, hopefully there are lots to come.

Thanks girls, trying not to get my hopes up but yes will test every day and hopefully see line get darker. If it' a chemical pregnancy I'd rather get a heads up before blood test. I'll keep you posted!

The nurse rang me, the HCG was 2.3 so negative as it was <5 and possibly from the pregynyl but they can't say for sure. I missed the call from my FS so will speak tomorrow, I will get onto the testing for 'rare' things. I am hating the whole process.

It feels really wrong for me to share this with lots of diappointment and heartache in here at the moment, but just in case anyone is stalking me and wondering what is happening with my tests, I am getting super strong positives now so really hoping this one sticks around :pray:

Ahh you girls all made me cry!!! Thank you so much for your support and love! Such a wonderful group of women, you all deserve so much.

So BT today (a bit early it was originally on Monday) and FRER today is slightly darker than control so I'm confident that I'll get a positive result today. Of course that doesn't mean it will stick and I'm still terified but overjoyed. Will post result later! Praying you are all close behind!
