LTTTC Two Week Wait # 6

Morning all,

Yes I did another hpt (4 actually) & all four have two beautiful pink lines.... two are lighter than others but they are there!!
My DH was very excited I'm more subdued and will get exctied when I get the BT results.... I hope it's going to be a BFP or our house will be a pretty horrid one after all these hpt's.

N2l my test on Tuesday was negative and that was 36 hrs after my pregnyl injection, when was your last pregnyl?? So your test might be correct :)

MM lets pray it crinone I read that it does give you irratation and bleeding so Fx

My last pregnyl jab was Tuesday night at about 8-ish.

So about 87 hours ago (as we speak).

I did the first poas at about 2.30pm on Friday (66 1/2 hours after jab).

Today's poas was at 7.30am (so, about 83 hours after jab).

I am really, really excited for you!!!!!!!!!!! What brand tests did you use????

I am really trying hard to stay calm about it all!!

I have been using the first response early result test, I have been doing some research and they say that you no longer have to rely on your FMU for the test, thats when mine was the faintest & apparently a pink line is a pink line (so N2l we might be BFP buddies). They say digital is better so I might get a digital one.... but I might also just wait till Monday now.
Blahhhhhhhhhhhh still having cramps like AF is coming & boobs veiny & tender.
I will be glad to get a phone call on Monday so over this waiting business.

I am using FRER too. I am still blaming pregnyl. My boobs are still veiny but not as sore... Feel bit gurgle in the tum but happy to put that down to imagination!

I just bought a pack of three Confirm Tests. Never used these ones. Just for kicks I thought I would give them a go.

Faint second line at 12.45pm (88 hours after pregnyl).

I know it's the pregnyl...Why, oh, why am I doing this to myself. I am a class A idiot because all it's doing is getting my hopes up :(

ETA - the second line on the confirm test is darker than the FRER tests. It is quite clear. But I guess they cant be compared as they are different brands. (not sure what sensitivity the confirm are)

I have a good feeling N2L.

Is there anything I should know about the prog pessaries? I have read thrush is very common, can this be avoided?

Tily - I didnt have any problems with the progesterone pessaries. I actually think they were better than the crinone. Although you kind of feel greasy when you use them due to the cocoa butter which never quite washes out IYKWIM. I didn't get thrush.

tilygirl-i'm been on the pessaries before & haven't got thrush from them...n2l-did the clinic say the pregnl would be out of your system??afm-just seen acupuncturist,she said my pulse was good which can be a early preg sign,still bleeding though but not heavy,got some crinone coming out though ,dark grey clumpy discharge.She said next time for frozen embie transfer,go off dairy ,wheat & gluten.Don't think i'll do a back to back cycle though,financial reasons & also might help for my body to settle down from the hormones,might take a month off , i'll try naturally though

Tilygirl this is the first time we have gotten this far with a cycle so no exprience with anything here sorry.

Thanks for your optimism girls! I still cant believe it's not the pregnyl. There is so much conflicting advice about how fast it leaves your system....And I am fat so I probably have a slow metabolism....I will see if the line gets darker tomorrow morning (I will do one of each test). I think I might go in early for the BT though - Monday instead of Wednesday....

Lucky my DP is away fishing this weekend! He would kick my behind if he knew I was testing :lol: (He always does what the FS says!!)
