I'm just past ovulation so I guess you could say I'm at the start of the 2ww. AF is due on the 29th jan.
Fingers crossed for everyone.
This was my first cycle since my miscarriage in october and I am hoping that I am one of these people who is super fertile after their MC.
:grouphug:
Please let it be us this time hey?
Sue - sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Hopefully you are one of the lucky ones who gets pregnant straight away. Good luck and :crossfingers:
Here's to lots of BFP's for Christmas :D:D
Have a great weekend all.
Cheers,
Tania
Thanks Tania.

hi girls
meredith - i'm so sorry for you. i hope you're doing ok.
bec d - i'm also so sorry for your chem preg. i've had 2 and they are awful. a chem pg is so close and yet so far. i know it's little consolation to hear that it is still good news to get a positive (even though it didn't stick). i hope you're doing ok. hang in there, your BFP is not far away
JBM - brilliant to hear that you're still uber-positive about this month. i'm feeding off it!!
Tania - good luck with your natural cycle!
Sue - good luck in your TWW
Murph - will be hoping your eggs appear in time for a pre-Xmas FET. Fingers will be crossed for you (you could still get your BFP before the end of 08!)
Cuddlepie - hiya! good luck in your TWW.
AFM, I'm trying hard not to analyse every twinge and symptom. I'm praying that this embie is snuggling in tight. I'm pinning my hopes on this one...grow embie grow.:pray:

sue: fingers crossed. 2ww is hard.
mels: glad my positivity is helping you. WE ARE PREGNANT. lets keep telling ourselves. ok ?!:noaf: . our little babies are growing right now. good luck. try not to go insane like i do every TWW.
afm: well it is 2 days since tfer and still feeling great and normal. i usually go insane in week 2. but not going to this time. :SAAF:
i am feeling very relaxed still and i have been talking to my baby. asking her how she's going and if she's settling down in there. :stork-girl:
i may be clinically mad? who knows but i just feel so good at the moment. and keeping up those positive vibes.
sending you all some sticky dust .:stickyvibesboy::stickyvibesgirl:
Hey girls,
nup, I'm sitting out this dance til mib Feb now. No dominant follie for the FET and with my clinic closures, my next opportunity is a little way off and it will be fully drugged up as my scan showed nothing was ripening naturally. Sounds like a lot of hassle again so like DH says, "at least we have got a few months without any FS telling us when it is and isn't Business Time!"
I was a bit bummed but time will pass over Chrissie and again, there's the silver lining - Malibu and ****tails over Christmas.
So I'll hover, but won't be back in til next year. All the very best to you all and hang in there if your dreams don't come true this time around.
Ange xx
hi everyone,
i wish all of you luck with your journeys.
i have only told 3 girlfriends about this FET. when i did my IVF in august i told everyone and it was so hard when it was a BFN.
i am sure that i have my AF, although it is a little different to normal. it was heavy today but bright red. it was also very clotty. very large clots, and a lot of pain.
does anyone know anything about clotting?
is this something of concern or is it ok?
anyway i called my FS and am booked in next week for a talk. the nurse said i should still do a HPT on 17th as i was suppose to. why???? how can i be pregnant and loose this much blood only 1 week after a transfer. she said you can have bleeding after 2 embies have been transfered. does anyone know of anyone who has had bleeding and then been pregnant????
sorry about this disorganised letter. i worked today and spent all day thinking about these things....
thanks
have a good weekend...
Murph01- where abouts in North Queensland are you?? i am in cairns and see Dr Miller (bob!)
would be great to chat to someone else that goes to him as well!
bye
Just a quick :hello: to everyone here and I can now officially join this thread, got transfer on Thursday and two on board...
I will catch up on everyone's progress tomorrow as ATM DH is standing behind me waiting to get on computer because he just got his new ipod touch and want to sync...;)
So have a good night everyone and we'll chat over the weekend! Anyone POAS? I hope you see two lines!!!
We are defnitely out this time. AF just starting to rear her ugly head today.
I am so, so crused by it all but did manage to at least beg/plead for an appt with FS next Mon so at least I can talk things over and hopefully do another cycle in Jan
Best of luck o all those still waiting. Praying there is some good news i here before the yr is out
Kittycat - I have read stories here where women lose one embie but the other sticks. So that will be why they want you to have the hpt. Given you are bleeding quite early, you never really know until you confirm either way. Clinics also like their rules :)
Meredith - but good work on the appt next week to get some idea of the next phase and timing. Take care of yourself.
CP - You know I am thinking of you and hope that this is your little miracle package wrapping up for xmas as we speak.
Murph - hoping that the malibu makes things a bit brighter and that a mini break will strengthen you for success in 2009.
JBM - if you're clinically mad so am I. I talk to baby often and tell him he's loved and wanted. I am glad you have some calm already and hope it holds off the insanity for week two.
Mels - hoping every twinge is real and brings you to the success so badly wanted.
:hello: to Sue and Tania and anyone else I've missed. Still getting used to who's here, sorry.
AFM... cramping last night (3 dpo). Used DH's hand as a heat pad lol. Still feeling a bit tight in the belly today. Also had a breath taking pain in bb yesterday, but a one off. So still not overly attached, just thought I would share. :)
HI Kittycat
I'm seeing Dr Bob too! I'm further north over the Daintree River (now I've given myself away, but it's kind of hard to stay anonymous when you're dealing with real people).
I hope you're feeling better and get some answers soon, but sorry, I can't give any advice on what's going on. I'm happy to chat anytime and maybe catch you in the clinic one day (maybe I already have).
Ange
Good morning everyone,
I'm just on my way out the door but thought i wopuld pop in quickly - i will be back for more personnals later!
Bec sory to hear hun - rest up and look after yourself - same advice and lots and lots of hugs to all who have got a dreaded BFN.
AFM - don't really feel anything! - i have sore BB when i touch them and feel extremly FAT! Ihave my last pregnyl shot tom - they haven't been to bad (i give it very very slowly and leave the needle in for about 15sec after it's all in!). So i am POAS Mon 22nd but maybe sat or sun!!?????!!!!
Anyway hi to everyone going to finish my christmas shopping,
xxBella
Morning girls! :hello: Oops, midday already. I got up early then had breakfast and went to bed again... didn't wake up until phone rang, its clinic, telling us we now have 1 grade 2 blastcyst frozen today. Happy about that but also wondering if we should only have one transferred, then today we would have two, or most likely!
My body doesn't respond in the fresh cycle as well as FET, maybe because it has been poked so much. I still don't feel 100%. A bit crampy, tight lower tummy. Last night had a last shot of pregnyl, was so stingy, do you think they are the side effect of the injection girl? I have been using pessary or crinone in the past and it is my first time to do the pregnyl boost shot.
Bella, good luck with your tomorrow's injection, I hope its painless...I am like you, already planned when to POAS but need to check out how many days pregnyl be out of the system. Enjoy your chrissy shopping, i just haven't even started yet!
Sonya, it is so cute the way you are putting it - wrapping the little package. I hope so too that the wrapping will be done over the weekend and next week we are just choosing the ribbon and tie it! Hope your cramping is easing off after DH's special heat pack.
Meredith, just so very sorry that the fat lady sings but glad that you've already sorted out the FS appt and think about a way forward.
Kittycat, I am sorry to hear the bleeding. Are you using crinone for LP support? From my personal experience, I find sometimes the clots can be some of the residue of crinone. Did you have a 5 day blastie transferred? If not, the bleed does sound very early then. When I had my 1st IVF cycle (5 day blastie transferred), I bleed exact a week after the transfer, I was devastated that I didn't even make it to b/t. But we only have 1 transferred though. So there might be chance like Sonya said, the other one will still have chance. Regardless, definitely get HPT checked, can you ask clinic to do it a bit early than 17th?
Big hi to Mel, Janet, Ange, Sue and Magpie and anyone I've missed! Hope everyone is having a good weekend, at least in Sydney, the sun is out and we are expecting 34'c. :o
Meredith - I am so sorry. I know how devasted you must be feeling right now..Thinking of you..
Too all you other lovely ladies..esp my little CP friend...goodluck chickadees...my your BFP's light up your lives in the next week or so..
Thanks Lulu my friend, I hope the holiday did the trick and you are happy and ready to take on 2009 sweetie! I have a feeling that 2009 gonna bring so many BFPs and one of them is you!
