Sam - good luck for your BT tomorrow. I got AF on DPO12 when I was on Crinone in my last cycle so it does not always delay or stop AF from coming.
Curlygirl - I had cramping more on my left side until about DPO 32 (I ovulated late last cycle) and then it went away.
JBM - thinking of you for your FET in November
On_Tra_K - crinone is the worst and yes it is normal (as gross as that is) for it to come out in clumps. I was told it was normal and not to worry as it is absorbed rapidly.
Sending lots of sticky vibes and prayers to everyone in the TWW and will pop in to see lots of BFP's for everyone.

We had out first ET this afternoon - 2 embies @ 4 & 5 cell -
Out of 11 - 5 fertilised - and FS implanted two - no frosties - so holding out for the onboard embies to implant nicely ...
Do you ladies know what stage cell wise your embies were at when you had your ET ??

I'm just popping in to give you another perspective to the IVF merry-go-round. First though, Kahlan, and LNB what wonderful news :clap::clap::clap:. I really am happy for you and wish you all the best.
As for me, well girls, be prepared for a wet blanket but I guess you have to be prepared for the bad as well. I am on day 17 after egg pickup and still no AF. However....don't get excited, I got bloods done yesterday and I am very unpregnant...about as unpregnant as you can get. My level was 2 where it should be 90. At least I know though and I would rather that than wait any longer with all this hope and no damn AF, it messes with your mind.
I won't hide it, i intellectualised like I wouldn't be crushed, but I was and all that stuff about getting back on the horse, well I will but not straight away. I was shocked by just having so much emotion but you all know what it's like whether you get a good result or bad.
Anyway I'm going to Melb for my Mum's 60th tomorrow..and I can drink!!!! Funny I read a Melbourne girl on this thread is coming up to Port Douglas (my neck of the woods) and I'm heading to Melb.

Wouldloveababa - 4 and 5 day emies sound like 2 days after EPU. I had the same 2 x 4cell. To be honest, my clinic tries to grow to blastie (5days) but because I only ended up with 2 successful embies - they weren't willing to take the chance of them not surviving - so in they went. All the best for the TWW..

WLB - sticky vibes to you ! Our embies were day 3 after thaw (frozen at day 2 4 cells), 6 and 10 cells after the thaw and then bigger by ET day but I can't remember the cell count. My FS kept telling me it only takes one to stick !

MinnieMouse - Thanks for your reply, I am at day 2 post epu today, and originally we were thinking of day 5 transfers b/c of my history with m/c - however as we are going away sat, we decided we would go for day 2 transfer - as I started with 11 eggs - I learnt today we only had 2 suitable for ET - FS said she would have rang me to come in and transfer at day 2 instead of 5 anyway - Im upset at having no frosties is :crying:
I know I need to be positive - but that means if I get a BFN - we have to wait till next year b/c of xmas closure etc - oh well what can you do
Murph: Im feeling for you - I know what a rollercoaster ttc is - it's me who is coming up to Port Douglas and your coming to melb - enjoy having a drink at your mums birthday - we should catch up for coffee when you get back to p/d

I had one embie transfer it's a day 5 embie. I am very fortunate to have day 5 frosties. I feel very positive about this one. With my last one I had bleeding which ended up a m/c so I hope that no spotting at all is a good sign. My due date will be 14/7/2009. What is yours. We can be belly buddies.:
You only need one to succeed. Can't remember who, but a few months back one lady in here had one frostie, she attempted a stimulated cycle, got nothing viable, ended up transfering the frostie and got a BFP. Wishing you the same luck.:
You got to see the embie on screen? How lucky. I got to see a photo of our blast. They gave us a photocopy of it so I guess that's alright.
Oh Murph, I am so sorry. Do you know how long is your normal luteal phase?:
On_trak, if you do decide to pee on a stick just don't be too worried if it turned up negative.. because I have learnt that it is very easy to get a false negative on those HPT.. but I hope it would be a BFP and you could start celebrating a few days early.

AFM: In regard to having no frosties, I felt like saying to the embrioligist, let me see, are you sure your right, have you given them everything you have, I just felt like standing beside the embies to coach them along, isnt that crazy, what I found very hard was not being in control of what went on in the lab, I couldnt just walk in and check how our embies were going, I had to wait and follow procedure,which for me, Miss Hands on in everything she does, was difficult. I felt like they are ours, why cant we see them, let us help make the decision.
In the counselling appointment, I remember the counsellor asking DP and I, at which stage do we think of the cells as a loss, will we become attached at EPU and fertilisation or when they are transfered, etc, I didn't realise the significance of the question at that stage, but now I do.
I dont feel as devestated as when I had my m/c, however in spite on yesterdays ET, and the wonderful news we had two embies to transfer, I allowed myself time to feel sad for the ones that didnt make it, its our first stim ivf cycle, and I wondered if you ladies shared any of my thoughts at any stage.
I hope you all dont think I am some sort of control freak who thinks she knows everything, I promise I am not, I guess I became emotionaly attached when I learnt we had 11 eggs, that were in a little oven with DP's little swimmers, I was willing them along.
Murph - sorry this wasn't the cycle for you...enjoy your weekend in Melbourne!
Kahlan: :clap::dance::leap:Congrats, even though you saw that second line it must make you feel so much better to get the BT confirmation. All the girls with successful FET's give me hope that at some stage mine will work.
Wouldloveabub: I know everyone keeps saying it, but it only takes one. Hopefully your 2 are little fighters and are in for the long haul.
Murph: It is such a bummer knowing nothng happened. It was the same with me after my double FET last month. No HCG at all... The only positive was that we could jump straight into our next cycle. So think of the positive that you might be able to do a back to back and still get that longed for BFP before Xmas.
Everyone else: good luck in your TWW. I have my scan next Monday and transfer scheduled for next Friday for 2 more of my frosties. So in 1 more week, I'll be back here going mental with you all again. Please, Please, Please let us have lots of BFP's before Xmas. We have all been such good girls this year and would really like a BFP. I'm not greedy, that would enough for me.....
