    Mince

I have a tonne of mince in my freezer and not much else. So that's what we're eating all this week. I have no imagination, apart from lasange, spag bog, pasta bakes, meatloaf, patties etc, what can I make?

We're having two mince dinners this week, porcupine meatballs tonight and meatloaf cupcakes in a couple of days (they're so cute considering they're meat lol).

    Re: Mince

    Ideas:
Chow mein mince -basically savoury mince with curry powder, cabbage and noodles. Put in whatever vege you have around.

Sweet and sour meatballs. Make mince into meatballs with onions and flavourings, brown, put in casserole dish. I put them ontop of a bed of vegies (frozen usually) and then make a sweet and sour sauce, pour over and bake.

Meatza pizza - using mince for the base instead of an actual base.

    Pasties or pies/turnovers

    Re: Mince

I love mince, coz you can do so much with it.
    Lasagne
    Rissoles
    Spag Bol
    Meatballs
    Sweet & sour meatballs (yum)
    Chow mien mince
    Home made pies
    Shepards pie
    Cottage pie
    Savoury mince
    Spuds
    Nachos
I mix it with a tomato based sauce for pasta bakes
Sausage rolls (sausage mince works better though)
    Tacos
    Burritos
    Wraps
