How to poach a chicken breast?
I'm a bit of a novice, so an easy recipe would be good.

I did this for a detox once and all it needed was a shallow pan and just covered in water. Im sure there are lots of tasty recipes out there but its simpler than it sounds hehe

We poach chicken at work by putting it in a pot of water (you can use stock) and bringing it to the boil then turning it down to a slow simmer for about 10-15 mins.

I browned it slightly in the pan I was going to poach it in.

I've used stock or plain water to poach.

I just pour the liquid in (covering the breast), put the lid on and let it simmer away for about 10-15 mins (depends on the size & how many).

I usually have my breast almost falling apart because I use shredded meat in things.
