Question travelling overseas with a cup?

    Hi Ladies!

I'm after some advice, I'm going to Kenya in June and it will be AF time smack bang in the middle of my trip

Anyway, I have a lunette and have been using it for a couple of months, but as a newby I'm not sure how it will go in less-than perfect hygeine conditions? I won't be staying in hotels, but more modest accommodation - will I have to wash it in bottled water?

Will it be ok if I don't get to boil it while I'm away? I'm assuming it will be easier with a cup than with disposables though right?

    Help!!!

Default travelling with a menstrual cup

How about miltons sterilizing tablets. I have seen them advertised on several websites .. so I imagine you should be able to get them. They sound like an easy way to sterilze while travelling.
