I can't help but feel that it was my fault that it was a miscarriage. I feel like I didn't go to the doctors early enough to keep an eye on anything.
I just really feel like its my fault. :cry:

Please dont feel like its your fault because its not there is nothing anyone could have done even if you went to docs before they still would not have been able to do anything when my sister M/C at 14 weekas they just sent her home and said let nature do its course which i thought was awful as when you are going through something like that you want to feel something is being done to help or make things better. but i cant say it enough dont blame yourself i lost my little girl at 23 wks and blamed myself for so long the thing was she had a diessease which meant she would never survive outside the whomb so i had to have a needle through my tummy to stop her heart and i still cant forgive myself for it although i no it was for the best i still feel like i should have protected her from all the doctors and told them to stay away from me but i think its the worst feeling blamming yourself so just remember it was not your fault. sending you lots of :hugs: take care of yourself.

I am so sorry for your loss. Munchy is right you did nothing to cause this - unfortunatley nature does this when things aren't right - and i know how you feel, i thought it was my fault to - i thought that because i used to smoke or something - but like the doctor said to me - its nature doing its job - and at that time i hated nature. You need time to greive and just cry, feel it all, you will never forget but you will get better it just all takes time. :grouphug:
I still can't help but feel that things are my fault.. I now know its not and I'm barely moving on, but it's still hard and I'm just so lucky I'm not going through this on my own:clap:
Liz, i'm so sorry for your loss, and no it's not your fault. How can it be? You loved this bub very much. Nature has a way of doing things and sometimes we don't understand.

I am sorry for your loss. I know what you mean by thinking it was your fault, i keep thinking i should have known something was wrong....
it is getting easier and i won't ever forget bubs and neither will you. the next baby will get double the love, i know our next one will and my dd gets double the love too!
