Bleeding has slowed a bit in the last 24hrs but its stop and start, one min light then very very heavy. Having an u/s today to make sure nothing is left, and then we'll make a decision about a D&C. At this point if the bleeding doesnt slow permanently I will be having it done. I dont have time to lie around bleeding for a few weeks.
Part of me is stupidly hoping that they might see a bub with a heartbeat at the u/s. I know its impossible.
I have an appointment with the amazing Dr Gavin Sacks next wednesday to get the ball rolling on some answers. That gives me all confidence that next time I get pregnant I WILL get to take the baby home at term.

Oh Freya, am thinking about you. It great that you've found someone who can perhaps answer some of your questions about what's going on. I hope that he'll be able to shed some light.

Had u/s today. It was a complete miscarriage. Tech said I shouldnt bleed too much longer because my uterus was pretty empty and the lining was very thin. Got a GP appt tomorrow morning but Im pretty sure we wont be going the d&c route.

Just have to wait a week for my appt with Dr Sacks and go from there.
