Oh hun, I'm so very very sorry for the loss of your two beautiful little boys, Liam and Dale. Fly free with the angels little darlings. It just breaks my heart hearing of such tragedies. I've lost my son at 21 weeks and it seems like it was yesterday some days. Go slow hun, and don't be afraid to feel. Thinking of you while you grieve, be gentle with yourself and seek support from the ones you love hun, it's so very important to have support right now. Big hugs darling, your angels will always be in your heart and never far away.

Sarahrach i am so sorry to hear of the loss of your twins. I lost my son at 25 weeks my advice to you is just take things at your own speed, we never get over the loss of our babies but learn to live with it.

I made a memory box for Anthony although there isnt much in there but I take it out a lot and just look at the few things in there and it does help so now I make and sell memory boxes for other mums of angel babies ... maybe you could do something similar make a photo frame and have a photo in there to remember them by
