DD1 is becoming increasing distracted, both at home and school, though overall is doing well at school. I'm thinking of introducing omega oils....which ones and in what form is best??

Can't help but have been wondering what I could do for dd1 as well as she is the same!
My eldest DD happily takes the fruity flavoured chewable ones. TBH she could probably do with a slightly higher dose, but even a regular amount of a lower dose will have benefits. I notice my DD starts getting scatty again when she's stopped taking them for a while.
Marydean what brand are they?
Natures something? I just look for the brightly coloured kids one at the supermarket.
Other things that have made a difference (bearing in mind my dd is now a teenager) have been topping up her iron levels thru fortified orange juice or a multivitamin which includes minerals (it's a pink chewable one & I usually read the label to check its got the iron in). Also sending her to bed half an hour earlier a couple of times a week works like magic. Checking ears for wax buildup can be a good idea if the distraction is coming in the form of not listening to instructions.
