 hun x
I'm pleased they are all self resolving, that's a really good sign. Fingers crossed it isn't long now.
DS1 had reflux, which resolved around 14 months old. We tried AR formula, but it made him worse. We tried about 8 different formulas (gold and normal) and ended up staying with heinz nuture. It could just be as simple as a change in formula, however it most likely won't help the actual reflux but we found it did help with the pain associated with it. DS1 was in a lot less pain when he vomited up once he was on heinz nuture.
All the best hun x

Lysdan - thinking of you & I hope Amelia's desates cease so she can get home with you soon xxx
I havent been in here for ages, but as of tomorrow i will be 33+3 wks with baby 3, which is the gestation ds1 was born.
I end up in hospital last week for 2 days after having headaches, nausea and contractions.... thankfully they stopped after being pumped with 4-5L of iv fluids. My bp has remained stable which is good. Ive had low platelets which keep dropping so keeping a close eye on that. ob appt is next tuesday. Ive been resting as much as possible with 2 other kids and a husband hardly home from work.....
this time last week. ds2 was born at 38wks so hoping i get FT again, but this time hasnt been without its hiccups.

Wow that must have been scary, my 35 weeker didnt need to got to the nursery so ur really close to that so fingers crossed you last a couple more weeks, if i make that i eill be very happy
-

well i had orientation for my new job yesterday. i didnt think they had a scn at the hospital so was surprised when we went for a tour and they do have one. they only take babies from 34 weeks tho. everyone else gets flown out. i thought i would be ok but i started having a huge panic attack in the nursery and i had to leave. i was almost in tears. came home and cried to DH about it. :(

Should i be concerned the boys are nearly 10 months and not sitting unless i put them into that position and that only lasts around 10 secs

Do you get follow up appointments for them, if not take them to your gp and if need be he can write a referral i honestly cant remember my youngest 2 milestones except that serenity was the slowest to walk at 15months and i cant see your sig on tapatalk so cant see how early etc they were
-
They were 5 weeks early but had s lot of complications.
Our last follow up was 5 months ago

Yeah i would go to the gp and see if hes worried, if so get a referral to a specialist, heres hoping theyre just taking there time and its nothing to worry about, i know how stressful it is when theyre behind in milestones
-
I would also look at a follow-up MrsS DS1 was about 10.5 months old when he first sat.
Teresa, It's hard seeing any scn :(
-
Had my scan today and was abit off with dates, i remembered af finished just before something major so though it was nye and had my edd at oct 1 turns out my edd is 19 sept so was like 2 weeks off , went in 8+2 came out 10 weeks lol....no helping some i guess, the only time ive ever recorded was when ttc S sooooo anyways 2 extra weeks i will gladly take :D
-
congratulations Serenity.
Mrs S, both my girls (both 34 weekers) only sat by them selves around 10 months. Each child reaches their milestones differently (as I am learning that again with DS who was born on his due date). If you have any inclings (sp) that he may be having issues get it follow it through with a Paed appointment, mummy instinct is almost always the best.

I hope these bradys and desats stop soon. I don't know how many more hospital runs I can take. We gave worked out that in amelias 85 days of life, there have only been 2 days I haven't been by her side. Day one, I was forced to stay in ASCU (adult special care unit same as ICU) and my gallbladder op.

How is everyone?
Congrats BAL and LysnDan on having your precious bundles home!!!
Heaps of stuff happening around here, DS1 is doing great at Pre-Primary and DS2 has been diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder, he's an avoider where DS1 is a seeker... makes for an interesting household!
