We are home!!!!!!! :D

Tristan still needs some bloods test monitoring for his jaundice, so we will still be having daily visits to the hospitalm, but at least we are home in between :D

He now weighs 3000 grams, almost back to birthweight at 8 days!

It's been such a different journey, thankyou all for sharing it with me and for all the well wishes :D
