Hi,
I have bought one of the leather OiOi bags in Orange, and it is beautiful. I got it when I bought all my nursery furniture, so got about $70 off the retail price, which brought it down to about $209. Still expensive, but it is lovely, and not as heavy as the Isoki- I wanted one of those until I picked it up, they weigh a ton empty.
I would normally buy a new handbag every 12- 18 months so I figure this is the substitue that I will use as both baby baby and handbag.
You need to buy something you will be happy to use for 2-3 years.
For short outings I bought an Isoki clutch change pad with a pocket for small wipes pack and a nappy and bib. Got it at the Parent & baby expo for $15 so rapt with a bargain there!

Hi, I'm new to this site. I found this thread on nappy bags whilst trawlling the net for the perfect bag! I guess it's an old thread but I hope someone is still reading? I was all set to buy the OiOi Hobo but then found out about Jujube here. Now I'm all confused as the leather OiOi Hobo looks lovely but the Jujube Be All seems so much more practical. My big conundrum is the change mat (do I even need one for a 13 month old?!) and how much room it takes up in the bag. With the OiOi I'm pretty sure it goes in the main compartment. Does anyone know whether there is a separate pocket for the change mat on the Jujube? I think that would swing it for me. Don't want my whole bag taken up by a change mat! Hope someone can help me decide. Thanks.

I've got no idea Psos, but, with my OiOi, I actually used a different change mat that I could fold up even smaller. So, you don't necessarily have to use the one that comes with your bag, I just got a little cheapy one that did the job just fine.
For a 13 month old, I think a change mat (or even a flat nappy would do it), would give you some peace of mind if you're changing at someone else's house and it's a poopy one. I think I'd be very nervous changing a messy one on someone else's carpet or something without a change mat...
While I'm here, may as well say that I'm still loving my Isoki, I don't even find it that heavy, maybe Falguni crams in more than I do, or maybe she's just a big sook. :p

Hi Nelle
Thanks for replying. You're right about the change mat. We rarely have any little accidents anymore but you can bet the first time I ventured out without a change mat it would all turn ugly. I actually have an unpadded change mat thing from my Gr8x bag (the Baby Traveller - I've found it great for a newborn but kind of annoying for an older baby/toddler in case anyone is wondering) so perhaps that would do. Mmm. Meanwhile my husband is sick of me not making my mind up. 'Just go and buy an expensive nappy bag already' he says. I love him. :)
