It's actually best to POAS 48hrs apart. Similar to the hcg doubling times. Also the differences are more obvious. And you save money ......
I think you'll have a better idea by Saturday. Are you taking photos of your pee sticks like a good obsesser? By day 4, the first pee stick's colour can be a bit yucky and harder to decipher. Having photos can help. Or hinder if you dont want to obsess that much.
