I have never had any issues - or heard of issues with clear blue digitals MLR. I think a congratulations may be in order! :D

I have used internet cheapies many times (I think I have a problem!) and they were always accurate. Sadly I had a chemical pregnancy/miscarriage after a few positives but AF ways weeks late so I can't blame the tests for false positives there and the 15 (yep...I was worried about another m/c- can you tell?) I did with this pregnancy all came up positive! when I wasn't UTD I had clear negative results. I am more worried about the beverages TBH! what was the OJ in? was it a tetra pak?
Same with the ones I use :) they're not from where you got yours from so maybe they're different somehow. Can't say I ever tried testing beverages though so :dunno:. I have heard of diet coke getting a BFP before though. Got a few tests left, might get bored enough to try during the week :):
My diet coke was preg ages ago. Not sure how long the gestation period of diet coke is but no sign of any baby diet cokes yet!!

When it comes to cheapie tests there is still a way to check if they are any good. When purchasing them make sure that they are listed on the ARTG (Australian register of therapeutic goods) - if they are they will have their ARTG number on the packaging (sometimes prefaced with ARTG sometimes Aust L) if they have this then they are a properly regulated product and have had their manufacturing methods tested. A correctly manufactured hpt will never give you (or your beverage of choice) a false positive.
If it doesn't have an ARTG number then it's dodgy and probably won't work.
The other thing to remember is that technically it is illegal to import them from overseas and people are fined regularly for doing it.
