    No control line?

I'm currently CD28. I'm six months post partum but prior to falling pregnant I had 24 day cycles. I did an Internet cheapie which showed no control line but the test line was dark. Tried an FRER and the same thing happened?? The FRER was a few days expired. I then used a clear blue digital which said "not pregnant". Three different wee samples done mid morning. I went to the chemist and got some new tests. I thought I'd try an instream sample but managed to pee all over the test! Oops! So now I'm waiting until the morning to test again unless AF arrives in the meantime. Could just be out of whack cycles after giving birth. Seems weird to have two tests that have no control line? Any ideas?

I would probably wait a few days before testing again. How many periods have you had since giving birth, or was that your first? It is not unusual for your cycle to change either temporarily or permanently after having a child, and realistically it is only a few days out from your pre-pregnancy cycles.
The no control line is weird, and not something I have ever had happen - regardless of the test result. If there is no control line, then the result is unreliable either way I would suggest.
Give it time, either your period will come or you will be in a better position to get a definitive result from the test.
