Yep - NYE here too
And watching babies being born on TV/in movies (even really dodgy unrealistic births) as well as real life birth videos. Heck, even reading some of the birth stories on here ... all of it has me bawling.
I cried after each of my own babies was born. As soon as they were out ... didn't even have to hear them cry or see them (with DD2 she didn't cry straight away and I didn't get to see her) but I was a blubbering mess. I'm sure it is probably normal, but it suprised me each and every time that I would cry like that.

OMG OP me too!! I didn't cry on my wedding day!! I was all ready with the waterproof mascara. But I was so happy I just smiled all the time, DH thought I was a weirdo because he was actually crying and I wasn't!

I was a big crier. Then when Lu died I broke after the first memorial. I held it together so the day wasn't "about me" and then with all the nastiness towards me after that I broke. I can talk about the horrendous trauma of the day but I am broken. Haven't really cried much since.
I miss crying.
Sorry for being so morbid, but I wanted to illustrate that there is something wrong with me because I DON'T cry... not because you do. KWIM?

I get that Rouge, I used to cry over things like movies or songs but when my grandmother died I didn't cry. It took me weeks to get to the point where I could cry over her. I felt like a heartless cow.
