I have been lucky enough to be a SAHM for the last 11 years now and I still get the same reactions from some people. I have 5 children and when we all go out together we get some really strange looks lol. A lot of references to us "having our hands full" and I say "literally" lol. I love being home for my children but some days I do wish I had something else to do. Maybe I should look into doing some uni courses.
I think if we are lucky enough to be able to stay at home then others should just butt out.
