Wednesday morning sounds perfect. We could go to Michel's and the kids can play in the small area there, or we could go to McDonalds, I think their equipment area has been refurbishmed and is all good to go. How does 10am sound, everyone welcome!

10am is good for me. I'm not fussed where we meet.

Can we do it on Thursday instead?
Shannon is leaving for Queensland very, very soon and we've been throwing a final catchup date around and Thursday is looking good for her.

At Fountain Gate next to Maccas there is a little kids playground, or up in front of Safeway there is a Micheles Patisserie with a little play area next to it that is a bit friendlier for the littlies, just may not be enough chairs for us. They are reasonably close to eachother.
If we make a time early say around 10, 10:30 the chances of getting an undercover cover car park are good.
I'm starting to think I can't come now as Mason has had a cough for a couple of days and this morning it's been worse :(
Will wait on it and see before I say a definate yes or no but I'll be there if I can.

i should be able to make it, but am with you Kate, Jackson has been really hard to handle lately too. Just a thought, why not make it Narre Warren Maccas ie. not the one in the food court, the maccas restaurant on Princess Highway, a bit easier to keep the little ones contained. Doesn't have a McCafe but just seems easier, we could even go a lil' later perhaps 11.30 and make it for lunch. Kate & Jessica, am fine thanks, had a large lump removed from my thyroid, was benign, and all good.

Min it will be freezing in the playground at the Maccas on the hwy.

Yeah I was wondering about that Sammi. It's going to be much warmer in the shopping centre, and Jonah just got over a cold not that long ago.

What about Lollipops? I know it is a little pricey for those over 12 months. When I Googled it this post came up from earlier on. Here are the prices:

Lollipops has a large area for the bigger kids and a good dedicated area for the under 3's. Or we could go to Monkey G's in Pakehnam, my house with a rumpus room with lots of tosy or maybe Lara's house as that was the original location. Fountain Gate is very busy inside and it is probably too cold outside.

I think we should leave it as is really. I mean if Shannon can't get on tonight and Corey's got her phone she won't know that it's changed. So I vote for leaving this one as is.

Just checking up on this to see what was going on. If I come I won't have the boys so I'm not fussed about the playground situation. Mason picked up a lot by bedtime so if he is alright in the morning I'll send him to creche and come. If I can't send him to creche I won't come as I don't want to get everyone sick with his cough.
Shannon will you have the bigger girls? We may be better off going to Lollypops then as they won't get bored.

*ETA* if anyone wants to PM or email me their mobile numbers I'll be checking in the morning (of course) that way we won't lose anyone if there is any confusion about the location or time.

Can I just ask if we are meeting for coffee or meeting to socialise the kids? We really want to socialise Amy with other babies and haven't as yet joined a playgroup in Pakenham. If we decide to go to Lollypops, I will not go to work tomorrow and meet you there. If it is at Micheles we will give it a miss until next time. I hope I haven't offended anyone but Amy really needs to play with other kids and now she is walking she likes to get around the play equipment. I will log on tomorrow morning.

Gemma the reason I suggested Micheles Patisserie is that there is a childs play area right next to it and it's not as busy, or as big as the one next to Maccas. You can see the kids there better too.

How did it all go, I couldn't make it, was just no point, I would have been running after Jackson every two minutes when he escaped the play area, he would've got bored with those toys in 5 minutes, since he discovered his legs, he just wants to go go go!!! Anyone up for lollypops next week? Tuesday around 10am would be great for me. I feel a bit out of the loop, having not been to any of the meetups, wth you all having already met each other (especially since I was the one who started this thread!!) I am kinda a shy one!

Don't be shy Min, we don't bite I promise. Well Shannon might but she's moving so she won't be there, lol. Nah honestly, I am always a bit nervous before I meet someone new, but after meeting some of the lovely girls here I don't anymore. Everyone has been so wonderful and I really count them as my friends.

It was great to catch up yesterday . I made a suggestion that maybe we could meet at each other’s houses for those that don’t mind. It is free rather than paying to a play centre and if enough BB girls go, we will have enough of a group to socialise the kids. I won’t be able to come next week but maybe the week after.

I think thats a great idea. I am happy to have people over to my place, and dont mind going to others.

I am also happy to have people around at my house and to go to others. I think its a great idea. Easier and cheaper. It might be easier to keep an eye on the kids, while we chat and drink coffee!LOL!

Min I can do Tuesday, but I won't be able to get there until after 10:30 as Alana has Gymbaroo at 9:30.

Ok, well why dont we give this week a miss and make it next week that way Kate can come too, I don't care, lollipops or someone's house either is fine with me, can't do my house I am afraid until my dog's citronella collar gets fixed because he will bark the whole time an it would drive me crazy (and the neighbours!)

We can have it at my house next week if you like on any day. I will organise the day off work.
