Laney, so great to hear that Grayson is doing really well, I am sure the first few months are very full-on.

Tildy, nice to hear from you as well. It must be nice to have your DH around to help with Benjamin. I hope you are settling into a good routine now.

Hey Theresa, I can only imagine how stressful this coming week will be, but it will come and go and your little one will still be safely in your tummy ready to come out safely soon I'm sure. Big :hug: and we are here if you need to chat.

I can only imagine that it must be surreal for those that have got their babies safely at home. I was only saying to my DH tonight that I can't actually imagine having a baby at the moment, I think when she/he arrives I'll be a bit like 'who does this belong to'. Maybe that sounds strange - lol and maybe it will be different when I get closer to the end. Will start to relax when I get my NT results in 2-wks. Really praying that everything is ok.

This is my first time on here so thought i would tell yous a little about myself. My name is Sharyn,im 20 and im married and have a gorgeous wee boy John who will be 4 in December and our beautiful angel Nathan was stillborn at 39+1 weeks in June 2008 due to placenta abruption. And i am currently 21+4 weeks pregnant with our third child, due christmas eve. Look forward to getting to know you all xxx

ROLF, Thanks Berry...It's the good company that gets my tongue wagging ;). I know what you mean about not being able to imagine yourself with a baby too. I get that same feeling sometimes and I start to worry that it's something telling me because I never will. But it gradually starts to fade, especially when you're getting thumped in the bellybutton all day long :heartbeat:

Laney, DF has his heart set on naming this little one Jackson, (maybe I have a "son" fetish?) Still trying to come up with middle names though. I really love Riley, or Reid.. Just toying with them for the next 20 weeks i reckon and see what we come up with - or if i'll get sick of them XD

Theresa, :hug: Angelversarys are not easy, that's for sure... and I've only so far "celebrated" Jayvans EDD. I try to be positive and look at the... positives, (I wouldn't be the person I was if Jayvan wasn't in my life, even if it was for only a short time) but sometimes they don't quite outweigh the anger and saddness of having lost our precious bubba's. I'll be thinking of you this week chicky! And give your little munchkin and snuggle from me! :)

It's difficult to imagine yourself with a baby in your life even after the baby comes! A lot of people say that we have a head start over our men in bonding with the baby because we've felt it kicking during the pregnancy and such, but for me the day Benjamin was born was so very... well, it's like life is divided into BB and AB, Before Ben and After Ben! It took time for me to connect this little human body on the outside with the kicking I was feeling inside... and now after 4 months, the pregnancy is sort of a fuzzy memory and I still feel like "Wow, I'm a mom... do I feel like a mom?" I think it might take several years before it really sinks in, in all seriousness!

Hi Tildy, Megan, Teagz, & Nae, all my old buddies! It's so nice to see so many familiar names! I try and lurk on everyone when I can...these days I'm not on belly as often as I used to be, now I'm UTD myself and feeling quite sick with m/s which I know it's a great sign, but nevertheless it's pretty daunting at my age, energy levels are just not there :o

Thanks for all your kind words and for remembering Zachary. I feel like nobody remembers any more and nobody wants to talk about him - it makes me so sad. I am really struggling this week and I feel ultra paranoid! I panic when I can't feel this baby move and I am so stressed. I am only getting about 2 hours sleep a night as I just can't seem to relax. I never thought it would be this hard.

I am going into hospital tomorrow and they will monitor me. My doc has said I will yhave this baby by Monday so I am relieved but freaking out too!!!

I will keep in touch from the hospital as I am sure I will be bored until bub arrives!!

Beata, I hope your m/s is setting down. My has really improved in the last week, hang in there.

Sounds like quite a few of you felt the same about feeling like your baby actually wasn't really yours, I was thinking maybe it was just me. Laney & Tildy, you are both amazing mothers and I'm sure your little ones will realise one day how much your love & value them with everything you have been through.

Zacs Mum, Just letting you know I've been thinking of you alot the last few days. Can't wait to hear your birth announcement over the next couple of days, and I hope you can relax with your new little bubba once you're earthside.

Beata, It is good that we're almost all in here now! I hope your MS starts to calm down soon. Have you tried ginger beer? I always found that helped with Jayvan (no MS with this little one, although heartburn is a killer!), and was refreshing at the same time.

AFM, Hanging out for MatLeave these days. I'm really really ready to be a mummy and DF is really ready to be a daddy - to bad this little one isn't quite cooked enough yet! Has anyones patience for the better of them, ocassionally? I found myself in tears the other day because I just want our little man out so I can snuggle him, and so I can't stop worrying about something happening to him. And DF is getting abit antzy as well. I do enjoy being pregnant though, and feeling him wriggle around in there.
On a positive note, we ordered in bubby's cot on saturday. We're gettinig a Boori Baby to Youth (cot that converts to a king bed) and a matching change table that can be used as a chest of draws later (yeah, I hate buying things you can only use for a short period of time, if you couldn't tell ;)) I can't wait to get it. It's the first big thing we've gotten so it felt like quite a big step.

I thought I'd post in this thread also in case some of you don't see my post in the TTC After Late Loss thread. Diana had her baby boy Fabian today at 10.25 am, at 28 weeks. He weighs 1350 grams and is 45 cm long. Her waters broke last Tuesday and she was hoping to make it for at least another 3 to 4 weeks but he was in a hurry! He is doing well, and so is mum. Please say a little prayer for precious little Fabian, he is a little fighter and I hope you'll all join me in wishing him all the very best in his progress so he can come home soon to be fussed over and spoilt by all his family!

I am finally on!

Our son, Zarian Scott Lamb, was born on Friday, 21st August at 9.22am.

He weighed 6.3lbs (2.8kgs).

We are still in hospital but he is getting better everyday.

Teagz, thanks hunni! I 've been taking Blackmores Ginger & B6 and some chinese herbs for indigestion (apparently my whole system is sluggish and that's why I've been feeling really bloated and yucky) and I think after about a week on both these things I finally feel a bit better. Nausea has definitely improved but still feel very tired in the afternoons, but I'm not complaining as I'll take anything over the nausea! I've got by BT next week on Tuesday and then my 12 wk scan on 18 September. Keep your fingers crossed for me hun!

Thanks darling, I feel pretty good about this pg this time around (fingers crossed :crossfingers: !)! I think I have that heartburn thingie too, but I'm not sure. Sometimes it feels like a burning sensation from my gut to my throat, it that heartburn????? I took some quickeaze and it felt better.....Hope yours goes away soon hun, they say if your bub has lots of hair closer to birth, mum has terrible heartburn...hmmm, maybe bub has lots of hair already? hehehe
