hey Leesa I lost 40kgs between nov 08 and nov 09. It is scary when you get UTD again and think about what lays ahead. I have put on 8 kgs so far. I have moments when i totally freak and others when i am ok with it all. Am going to increase my physical activity but not really going to change my diet. There just came a time for me that i had to back away from excercing as hard as i was. There is only so much a mumma of little kids can do when UTD and tired in the first trimester!

From the fitness side you can totally do it!! I was still lifting weights 4 days before having DD and Yoga the night off, I recommend finding a yoga class as well, evening one at that, it is a great way to get some relaxation happening too :D
